I am excited to get back onboard the gorgeous Star Princess next month with my sister! On November 28th, we set sail for an incredible tropical getaway visiting Grand Turk (Turks and Caicos), Amber Cove (Dominican Republic), and Celebration Key Bahamas, and I want to invite you to join us so reach out today! Last Friday, I had a lightning fast tour of the ship! While we had to breeze through quite a bit, I fell in love with the gorgeous Sanctuary area and enjoyed a sit down lunch in the Celestial Dining Room. The Verdict:
The Hits: The crab cake was delicious, the International Café open 24/7 with endless dessert options is my happy place, and I could have scraped my plate clean after the pistachio chocolate dessert.
The Miss: The beef medallion was just okay, definitely skipping that next time!
Because our tour was such a whirlwind, I am so ready to explore everything properly next month. Let us chat today to get your cabin secured!

Star Princess came into the San Francisco port for a stop and we were invited onboard to tour her. She is a stunning ship and a few hours is not enough time to see all she has to offer! We had a walking tour by the crew, and I will highlight these locations over the next few days. For now, enjoy a video that is an overview of our tour and dessert!

I was on my way to the Rebecca Yarros event when the flight delays started appearing. They were having issues in San Diego getting air traffic control to get that plane to Sacramento for us to use. While at the Sacramento airport, I received the cancellation for Rebecca Yarros event tomorrow that I was traveling to, and decided to call it. We had a lot of adventures in our own life last night and honestly it felt like the right call to cancel going on this trip. While I’m sad I will not see my sister and have our great adventure to Seattle, it’s better to go when the timing is better. Sometimes life is out of our control and you have to roll with the changes.

Marriott was amazing and helped me cancel my hotel without penalty. I am a huge Marriott fan and highly recommend them!!

Star Princess is leaving Alaska for the season, and making her way through the Panama Canal to spend the winter at the Fort Lauderdale port where she will visit stops in the Caribbean.
