We have been hard at work even though we do not post as much. In February we headed up to Alaska to visit Julie-Anne where she was pet sitting Scandic and Oscar. It was amazing to see where she has been working and going to school. Photos will be at the end, and we included some of the beauty of Alaska.

Back home,
Storm is always up for an adventure rain or shine. Her ball is her favorite activity though and she will chase it down quickly! 💛

Cocoa the bun was a fun addition to our visits and we enjoyed hanging out with her for a few days. 💖

Monkey has been with us since he was a kitten and we love how excited he gets over his toys. 💚

We have also loved our stays with Cooper who loves running outside and taking walks in the neighborhood. He will never turn down a walk. ❤️

Hook and Kiki love their mealtime drop ins. Kiki has really come a long ways and we can pet her now. Hook loves to be pet and is always happy to see us. 😻

We hope you are enjoying this weather! It has been amazing with the sun out and not too hot. Julie-Anne is home from college and we are both loving seeing all of your fur babies.

Overnight is very full for most of the summer but we do have limited drop ins available.

Sophie and Reggie were happy to see us again and we spent some time enjoying the sunshine. 🌞

Cocoa the rabbit is a sweetheart! We visited for playtime and mealtime. She even had binkies on our visits!! 🐇

Hans is always excited for our stays. He will happily play ball, go for walks and even snuggle while we read. He is studying while we do. 📚

Maeve is growing up fast and is such an incredible walker. She was a puppy when we met her and now is very grown up. 💜

Mitch is not a fan of the rain and we are happy the sun is out now. He loves treat time at the end of his walks and we love seeing happy pups! 💚

Kiki and Hook. We were ecstatic to visit them again. Kiki always comes out to say hello, okay to get food, but she has warmed up to limited pets on our visits. Hook is always up for pets, and he even loves to pose for the camera. 🩵

Vix took awhile to warm up. There were a lot of treats involved and baby steps. By the end of the visits she even came up to me and took treats from my hand. It's such an amazing feeling earning the trust of a pet. 💖

Storm, happy to walk in rain, wind or sun. We have loved being able to see the field behind her house stay green as long as it has and even caught some beautiful photos with the flowers. 🌺

We hope you all are staying dry during these rainy days!

Piper and Cooper are always amazing to watch. Piper loves sunbathing and cuddles. Cooper looks forward to his daily walks and midday naps. 💜

Maeve is a loving and energetic puppy. She has been working hard on her training with her family and is growing up to be an amazing pup. 💗

Storm loves running out in the field by her house and recently showed us her zoomies after a long walk. She is always happy to explore the area and at the end of this post there are some great photos of other wildlife in the area. 💚

Dodger and Penny were very happy for their visits. They both love treats. Dodger loves to burrow on the couch and Penny likes to play with her toys. 🧡

It has been a bit since we have posted, but we have been continuing to love your pets with all of our visits. Fun fact: Julie-Anne started this business when she was 16, four years ago, and continues to pet sit in Alaska where she goes to college now. This post is all about her recent stay and some beautiful photos. It is always fun seeing her petsitting photos because the scenery is different from California to Alaska.

"Meet Scandic(Greenland Husky), Oscar(Black and White), and Poppy(Tan Aussie). These three pups were a joy to watch in Fairbanks, AK for two weeks while their parents were away flying bush planes. They loved their daily snowy walks and would go crazy for food time. Absolutely amazing dogs!"

This summer is going by quickly! We are still full for overnight and do not anticipate any openings. Drop in is extremely limited as well.

We are very behind on posting all of our photos but your pet gets our attention first. We will be posting quite a few pets from May to early June we cared for. We love how photogenic each one is!! 😍

June flew by! We are still fully booked for overnight through August. Drop in may be available but we are limited.

We stayed with Sadie and she loves going out for her many walks every day we are there. 💗

Mitch is always happy to see us and we like to take different paths in his neighborhood. 💚

Kira is a sweet cat who loves to watch TV. On every visit we sat with her to watch the news and sometimes commercials. 💜

Lucy the Chinchilla loves her dust baths and it gives us great watching her twirl around in her dust bath. 💕

Zupa enjoyed walks around his neighborhood and checking out all of the plants. 🧡

Callie loves to snuggle and go for quiet walks. She really enjoys being near us and giving us kisses. 💖

Newman and Kramer warmed up to us quickly. Newman beat jaw cancer and we love how strong he is! Kramer is ready for us every time we visit and loves after meal pets. 💛

Gus is a very loving bun. He comes to the barrier to try to stretch his body to get love. His biscuits are his favorite evening treat. 😋

We will only be able to accommodate drop ins this summer as our overnight schedule is full through the summer. We aPAWlogize and know we love all of your pets! You can always contact us for a standby list for overnight if you are a current client only. Drop ins are open for new and existing clients.

First up Cooper and Piper. They both love to read with me... Or I read and they sleep. Either way, we love snuggling them both and getting to take Cooper on walks. 🌞

Bruno, Buster and Beau are a fun group. Buster loves his outdoor time with his brothers and wishes he could go on their walks as well. They all enjoy some outdoor time and hanging out together. ❤️

Pedey finished up his school year walks. We have loved every minute of walking him this year and hope he has an amazing summer with his humans! He is also almost two years cancer free and we are extremely proud of him for always facing what comes his way! 💚

Belle was not sure about her outdoor time while her best friend Prin was on vacation. She preferred to stay indoors and occasionally look out the back door. 💜

Ms. Bianca loves to sit quietly when we visit and observe us. Sometimes she wants pets but mostly she wants to listen to us talk about our day. She is precious. 💗

We kicked off May with a busy drop in schedule and then headed to New York for a mother daughter trip. Our love for animals does not stop even on vacation. Julie-Anne rescued a pigeon in Central Park that was badly injured. She is going to make an amazing Vet one day. We also checked out the Balto statue and then watched dogs have play dates in a grassy area. We loved seeing all of the pups out and about in the city.

Upon returning we visited a lot of familiar faces and some new clients joined the Paws and Claws family. This month has been a busy one and we thank you for always trusting us!!

Can you believe April is almost over? Before we know it summer will be here! During spring break we had 30 drop ins! We thank you for trusting us with your pets. We enjoy every minute of taking care of them. At the end of the photos we included photos from our walks. 🌺

We visited Otis and Jasper. Jasper was definitely in a modeling mood and wanted a lot of photos during our stay. Otis said he solemnly swears he is up to no good. 🧭

Pork Chop, Sprocket and Zoe were happy to run during visits. They are extremely friendly and love being pet. 💚

Bailey is a sweetheart and really likes walks without the rain. She was not a fan of the spring showers. 🌸

Dylan, Micah, Robbie and Dexter were happy to see us again. We are always happy to give them all love and their favorite food on visits. 🌻

Stella and Whiskey have two different ideas of a perfect visit. Stella wants food first then pets and Whiskey wants pets first then eats when we go. 💕

Storm is enjoying the last cool days down in the field. Pretty soon we will be moving to a park because of the foxtails. ☀️

Pedey has stopped training me for a 5k and is taking it easy on his walks. Which I very much appreciate. 💙

Ms. Bianca enjoys a nice chat when I visit to feed her. We enjoy listening to the radio and talking about our day. 💜

We have been busy and enjoying all of our visits.

Meet Sadie, who is ready to greet everyone and every creature. We get to visit her during the week for walks. Gus the bun loves his ears scratched and is always happy to see us when we come by. 🐇

Hans, we were able to come visit him and play ball. He is excited to see us and we love getting the chance to visit him too. ⚾️

Ms. Bianca joined the Paws and Claws family and she is absolutely precious. She enjoys getting her pets on her favorite spot and watching me make her meals. 💜

Mitch is always up for a walk in the mid morning. He enjoys checking out the neighborhood and seeing what is going on. He loves to cuddle after his walks. 💚

Storm, rain or shine, she is ready to go on an adventure. We discovered baby geese in her neighborhood and we think the coyote moved on. No more sightings, just adorable little geese. 😍

Sebastian and Sophie were happy to see us again. Sebastian enjoys roaming the backyard when we visit and Sophie still likes her walks before she eats. 🌞

Pedey has been working through the loss of his sister Annie. He had a very hard time going on walks without her. With a lot of love and patience he has been going on long walks again. ❤️

Belle continues to enjoy her daily outdoor time. We visit twice to let her in and out. If it is cold, wet or rainy there is no way she will venture out. Prin is up for any weather though! 🌧

We want you all to know how lucky we are to have met each of you!

We were excited to have had the chance to care for Lucy and Gus. Lucy loves her dust baths and Gus really enjoys his daily carrot. 🥕

Cooper and Piper are always a pleasure to care for. Cooper loves to go for his walks and Piper is happy sunbathing. We love getting to visit them. 🐾

Monkey was just a kitten when we visited him last and he has grown up quite a bit! He is playful as ever and enjoys window watching. 🐦

Storm continues her weekly walks and thankfully we have not seen the coyote again. We have seen plenty of turkeys, squirrels, rabbits and birds on our walks though. 🦃

Pedey is trying to train me for a marathon. I have explained to him I am not a runner but he insists I try. If you see me sign up for a 5k you know who my trainer is.🏃‍♀️
