Working as a dog groomer, our customers always come in as a pair or a family. What people don’t realize when working with dogs is that we build a relationship with the pup and its owner. We learn about their individual personalities, what they like and don’t like. Nothing is more rewarding than delivering a dog and seeing their parents’ reaction. Some people scream (squealing is quite common :D), cry, and giggle when they see their best friend fresh, clean, and sometimes transformed. That moment is what success feels like to me. From that moment on, I know their week just got better. A clean pup gets to sleep in bed, couch benefits, and extra cuddles. 🙂 Let’s keep the positivity flowing! Creative dog grooming explained, I’m usually not the kind of person that explains things because I feel like we all have access to internet and are capable to do our own research. With the second viral video on Tik Tok we got of course a lot of people that don’t understand anything about creative grooming sharing their opinions therefore I decided to clarify some myths about it. Hoping that by doing so people can focus on real issues of animal abuse like overall neglect that includes matting, untreated infections (ears and gums), under or over feeding etc… C’mon guys we are dog groomers, dogs has shaped my life and all my fellow professional groomers can pretty much say the same, we take care of them, we brush the matts that you can’t (or just don’t) get to, we clean their ears and notify you when they need to have a health check up, the color is just some added fun! #doggrooming #doggroomersofinstagram #petgrooming #doggroomerlife
