Hello to all of our Willow Ranch family. I am devastated to have to share that Willow Ranch has come to an abrupt, unplanned end. We will no longer be showing, breeding or continuing. All of our dogs are however, continuing on in other amazing breeding programs and if any one is still looking for puppies, I would be happy to refer you to the wonderful bunch of breeders I know that would be happy to serve you. Again, I am beside myself devastated that this has all come to an end. The death of so much hard work, so many goals and dreams, gone in the blink of an eye. Thank you for being a part of our Willow Ranch family. If you have one of our puppies, I will ALWAYS be here for you. Feel free to give me a call, send me a message, I am here. Thank you again for following us and being a part of our family.

Update: Atlas- now Oakley has found the most wonderful home! He is finally with them. Thank you!

Due to no fault of his own, this sweet sweet boy is seeking his forever home. This is Atlas. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this boy. Very balanced temperament, sweet in all the right places. He is a stunning little guy and whoever gets this boy will be very lucky. Just a doll. Pet home only.

It’s our last night all together. Tomorrow, some of these babies will begin their forever lives. Oh how I will miss them. I want every good thing in the world to come to them. I want them to be complete joy to their new families. Bring them new life. I know they will cry, and whine and make messes and simply have no idea how to figure out this life without someone to guide them every step of the way. I believe the families they are going to, have the want and desire to do that. I just couldn’t ask for better. I am so thrilled with the families that chose them. The matches that were made. I cannot wait to watch this bunch grow up. A part of my heart is leaving tomorrow. So bittersweet. What a gift each of them have been.

It was a rainy day! Teaching these little ones that rain is okay! To play, to potty, to just be. Nothing to be afraid of.

Here we go! Crate training is happening now! Think of me when you sleep. This part is not my favorite. But so worth it. We just went potty in the rain today. Awesome training, when they go home and think rain is worth holding it or waiting to potty inside. No way! We can dry you off, but you need to potty OUTSIDE in all weather. Learning how. Love this weather!

Some pictures during week 5. The puppies are learning the clicker, playing outside a bit more, eating solid foods, and really isolating pottying in one place. They have all changed so much. Running, jumping tugging, chewing, interacting. And boy oh boy do they love their mommy. Puppy party on Sunday for the families that are taking one of these babies home.

A full photo bomb for week 4 of these precious little ones lives. We are so thrilled that we get to be the ones to es**rt them on to their new homes. Each one of them is so unique and special and comes with a wonderful personality for all of the right families. We have two spots left just waiting to match you to one of them. They are all just so sweet.

Wow! I never dreamed of the weekend that "Cinder" 74 Ranch If The Shoe Fits At Willow Ranch BCAT CGC TKN had this weekend at the Sacramento Dog Fanciers dog show in Dixon. As a class girl (Open Bitch), she was presented with the AWARD OF MERIT- AND TWO 5PT MAJORS!! And shown by yours truly. I am still in shock! This little gal is 1 point away from her Championship!! Oh what a dreamy weekend! I want to thank Judge Pat Hastings and Judge Richard Lewis. A special thank you to the Summerwinds Team. You guys, there are no words to express my gratitude for guiding me to be able to show Cinder to this place. Cinder and I could NOT have done this without you all. Michele, you have been the BEST mentor/breeder/and now friend anyone could ask for!

She has points!!

We had a fabulous weekend at the Lake Drake Kennel Club show in Vallejo with our Cinder girl aka 74Ranch If The Shoe Fits At Willow Ranch. Cinder earned her first points towards her CH bringing in a Winner's Bitch, and also received a Reserve Winners. Big thanks to Michele Herbst at 74 Ranch and Karla Hoffman for breeding such an amazing MAS and trusting us with her . Thank you to Judges Linda Hurlbaus and Dr Vicki Sandage for seeing our girl as a winner! And all of this couldn't be possible without the top notch handling of Jean Gauchat-Hargis and all the gang at Summerwind Canines! Absolutely the cream of the crop! Thank you guys so much for all of your mentoring in this new world for us. We are in great hands! Love to you all!
