Feeding cats raw milk or poultry products is not recommended, as it can heighten the risk of contracting dangerous avian influenza.

Since the U.S. outbreak of avian influenza A (H5N1) in dairy cattle began in March 2024, dozens of cats are known to have contracted the virus, including barn and feral cats, indoor cats, and big cats in zoos and in the wild (e.g., mountain lions, tigers, leopards, and bobcats).

******Rehoming Alert*****
Approx 5 year old Teddy Bear Shih Tzu. He doesn't shed but requires regular grooming. Great temperament and gets along with other dogs but prefers to be solo pup at home. High energy outside but leash and kennel trained. He also respects feeding and is not food aggressive. He will grumble if moved from the comfortable couch, but no bite. He ABSOLUTELY loves to cuddle. Enjoys walks, hikes, and car rides.
