Don't forget that nasturtium leaves are incredibly tasty!! They have a kick like wasabi and you can use them in salads, roll them up with hummus, add them to springrolls, and chop them up on soups!

Want a spicy kick? Nasturtiums on the bottom half of the tower aren't just for edible flowers! The leaves are super peppery like wasabi with a slow rise in heat while you chew. We put hummus in ours and fold up the leaf like a taco!!
