Now through January 31, all donations made to VCA Charities at VCA Animal Hospitals throughout California will support disaster relief efforts, including support for pets impacted by the current devasting fires in the Los Angeles area. VCA Animal Hospitals is proud to support VCA Charities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in their disaster relief efforts. Every dollar helps local animal welfare organizations shelter, transport and care for pets through grants that fund veterinary care, medication, food, and supplies.

🎨✨ Holiday Ornament Exchange at Our Hospital! ✨🎄
This holiday season, our team held a special ornament exchange to celebrate creativity and community. We painted beautiful wooden ornaments and added heartfelt sentiments and well wishes for the New Year on the back. 💌
For a week, the ornaments were proudly displayed on our community board for everyone to admire. Then, participants got to select an ornament of their choice to take home as a keepsake.

Last Wednesday was National Sock Day. Our staff joined in the fun wearing either holiday, novelty, fuzzy, colorful, or cozy socks. As fun as socks are to us, they are just as fun to some dogs who like to eat them. Be sure to pick up those socks to avoid any potential foreign bodies. 💙 Celebrating Frodo’s Incredible Journey 💙

Meet Frodo! 🐾 Diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma in July, he faced the challenge head-on with strength and resilience. He started treatment on a single-agent protocol, and we’re thrilled to share that he officially graduated on October 29, 2024! 🎉

Not only did Frodo take on each treatment like a champ, but he also gained a little extra fluff along the way (a chunky pup is a happy pup, right? 😉)!

We want to send a HUGE thank you to our amazing medical oncology team. Your expertise, dedication, and compassionate care made all the difference in Frodo’s treatment and recovery. We couldn’t have done this without you! 🙏💙

🌟 Celebrate Maverick's Incredible Resilience! 🎉

Meet Maverick! 🐾 Diagnosed with B cell lymphoma in May 2023, and facing a relapse after six months of chemotherapy, Maverick never gave up. His journey has been filled with courage, determination, and strength, and by the end of September 2024, he proudly graduated after completing his second round of CHOP chemotherapy. 🎓💙

Maverick wore his cap and gown proudly, showing off his incredible achievement with a big, happy tail wag! 🎉📸 It’s a moment of pure triumph!

A HUGE thank you to our amazing medical oncology team for their unwavering support and dedication in helping Maverick through his battle. We couldn't be more grateful for your expertise and compassion. 🙏💖
