The microchip company Save This Life has unexpectedly shut down, disconnecting their database from national registries. This means that pets with these microchips may not be identifiable if they become lost.

💡 If your pet was microchipped at Amici, you’re safe! 💡
We exclusively use HomeAgain, which is still fully functional and recognized by national registries.

🔍 What should you do?
✅ If you’re unsure about your pet’s microchip registration number, visit your veterinarian or a local shelter to scan it.
✅ You can check your pet’s microchip status using the AAHA Microchip Lookup tool online.
✅ If your pet has a Save This Life chip, we recommend registering them with a national database like HomeAgain, PetLink, or AKC Reunite to ensure their safety.
