MISHKA Customization Policy

As the Head Chef and Owner of MISHKA, I want to take a moment to outline our customization policy. These guidelines are designed to uphold the quality, consistency, and artistry that define our brand. We deeply appreciate your trust in our craftsmanship and attention to detail.
1. Menus 1 and 2 – These menus have been carefully curated and are strictly non-customizable. We do not accommodate modifications under any circumstances.
2. Menu 3 – Customization is extremely limited. While we may consider minor exterior color adjustments, we cannot guarantee all requests will be possible.
3. Custom Shapes, Thematic Requests & Gender-Themed Cakes – Specialty cakes with unique shapes or themes are only available for orders priced at $450+. Requests must be submitted via email at least one week in advance for consideration. If the design aligns with our aesthetic and availability, we will gladly create it.
• Dog Faces – Cakes featuring specific dog faces require special approval and are only available for select cakes from Menu 3.
• Gender-Themed Cakes – We would love to be part of your family’s special celebration! However, since we work exclusively with natural vegetable juices and never use artificial colorants, we are unable to create pink or blue pâté inside the cake. While we can incorporate pink or blue decorative elements on the exterior, we cannot accommodate requests for color-themed fillings.
