Join us as we celebrate our 400th Animal Rescue that we have been able to donate leashes to! We’ll be throwing a party at Standard Deviant Brewery from 1 to 5 on Saturday, May 18. We will have a raffle, great beer, good people and there might even be a few dogs from Rocket Dog and Muttville available for adoption. Hope to see you there!

Another great year helping dogs and recycling rope. We want to thank for all the work they’ve done with us, especially over the last month or so. They bring in dogs available for forever homes every Monday, so be sure to keep an eye on their page.

We made this custom dog tag for them and can make anything you’d want for your own pup (or kitty for that matter).

“The ‘Ropes for Rescues’ recycling program was set up to give life to old ropes that would otherwise end up in our landfills.

We donate 10% of the leashes we make to the animal rescue of the climber's choice and each leash tells the story of who the climbers are that donated the rope and where they have used the rope to climb. Together we have donated to over 380 Rescues from California to the Galapagos Islands!”

Meet Angus, a toddler in human years looking for a place to call home. This small little guy is shy and sweet, but very devoted to loves. He opens up with some snacks and patience.

Once he’s comfortable, Angus’ playful personality shines through. He has a moderate energy level and does well with 3-4 walks per day. When he’s out on walks, he’s always on a mission and zooms right along intently. He is super affectionate and loves leaning on and cuddling with his person.

Angus would be best as an only dog, although he does well with other dogs with a proper introduction. Being small and shy he is likely not a good candidate for dog parks. Angus does well when left home alone and is house trained. (Angus hasn’t been tested with cats but would likely do fine with a proper introduction.) An adult-only home is the best for this boy.

Yesterday we were able to donate leashes to Pali from Rocket Dog Rescue at the amazing Chocolate Covered shop in San Francisco. These ropes were recycled from Cal Poly, Sports Basement customers and a couple sponsored by Rocket Dog fans. Thank you again for the support and please give your dogs an extra treat for me❤️

Yesterday we were able to donate leashes to Pali from Rocket Dog Rescue at the amazing Chocolate Covered shop in San Francisco!!! The leashes were made out of recycled ropes from Cal poly Pomona and climbers that recycled their ropes at the Bryant Street Sports Basement. Thank you again and I hope you all have a great week!!!
