Refined K-9 Dog Training and Psychological Rehabilitation

For those of you who don’t know Stark @stark_the_black_gsd is my working puppy. We have spent months taking a step back from our French Ring club to trouble shoot some of Starks targeting and impulse control issues in a low stress environment. Jose (the guy taking the hits in the video) is one of the best trainers I know and the person I always turn to when The perfectionist in me can’t let something go! I don’t mention Jose on this page, but he’s responsible for a large number of our board and train success stories. I’ve know Jose Moreno for nearly 14 years now. He’s been with Refined K9 since the near start as my first trainer! Here we are so much later in our lives and we still get to work together on something we both love. Happy sport dogs! Way to go Trainer Ken Carpenter! Fizzy the Golden Retriever puppy came to us for a 1-week intro Board and Train in Ken's home. Because Fizzy was so young he could not come to our facility for a few more months. however, Fizzy was at a prime age to learn some of the basics the children could join in on!
