The rain has arrived! Get your pets ready with raincoats, jackets, and accessories. Both our main location (35th and Irving) and the boutique (8th and Irving) have options.

Bucket and Sunny stopped by today in matching raincoats purchased from us! Adorable models, they were compensated with treats for their modeling.

We have welcomed isopods into our collection of critters! These fun little guys have several purposes, ranging from feeders, bioactive enclosures, entertainment, and pets! The two species we've broight in porcellio laevis, or "orange" and porcellionides, or "party". These are two out of ten recognized species of woodlouse.
There's plenty more to learn, and we are excited for this addition!

It's national pumpkin day and has us covered! Their biscuits are a great seller, and we brought in the cat food pouches so both your pets can enjoy the season! Natural ingredients, human grade, never frozen.

Sometimes our fur babies don't like baths, but we have you covered! We've expanded our selection of products. Their dog wipes are very convenient, and when your puppy is ready, we have shampoo! We love the sustainability and environment conscious values.

We are so happy to announce the opening of The Animal Connection Boutique alongside the launch of Sunset Mercantile Emporium! Grand opening is this Sunday, September first. Tommy & Goku 🥰
(Both rescues)

Goku is a 4 year old sun conure who has been with us for a little over a month now. He likes to hang out with our employees, often chilling on their shoulders while they work. We got him through our animal surrender program, in which details are provided on our website. Bird adoptions are Fridays through Mondays, call or email us with any questions.

Paprika (formerly Oatmeal) found a new home this week- she is so well loved already.

Paprika originally came from a big box store, where she was the smallest of the batch. One of the managers adopted her and gave her the love and care she needed. A few years later they had to move, and unfortunately had to part ways. They knew that we would be able to find a new family.

We accept surrenders as long as we have space, and understand it is a difficult decision. We do our due diligence to care for and find a new home for these animals. More information as well as surrender request forms are on our website.
