Say hello to Sixten, the latest addition to our Customer Support guru Gustaf’s family! 🐶Sixten is a lurcher (50% Greyhound 41% Saluki, 3% Whippet, 2% Scottish Deerhound, 2% Irish Terrier and 2% Bedlington Terrier, according to a recent DNA test), and he was adopted from Ireland. The breeders couldn’t sell him, so he was meant to be put down. 🥺 Luckily, Gustaf came to the rescue, so this happy puppy could turn 5 months soon! He’s super curious and likes to cuddle and annoy his big brother, Farfar. 🧡

Studies show that the brain has trouble switching between unrelated tasks. When you’re doing several things simultaneously, you’re never fully focused on one thing 🧠

Multitasking might also lead to depression, anxiety, and actually decreased productivity 🤯

So, in the long run, your tasks will take a longer time to finish.

Next time you feel stressed over work, try to prioritize and take one thing at a time 💪

Don't skip your breaks to save time!

Skipping breaks will actually reduce your productivity.

When you take a break and move around, your body will pump more oxygen into your brain cells which will help your productivity 🚶

Letting your mind wander will also help aid creative problem-solving.

If you tend to skip breaks, especially if you're working from home, it can be a good idea to set a timer to remind yourself ⏳ 50-minute work followed by a 10-minute break.
