Crissy Field, Meet at Sports Basement Parking Lot

Walk off some sugar plums, spend time with an awesome community, and give your mutts an outing!

We will gather on Wednesday 12/25/24 Christmas morning at 11AM (weather permitting) at Sports Basement's Parking Lot and then head to Crissy Field at 11:10AM and go for a stroll together. (Stroll will be cancelled in the event of rain).

All Muttville Senior Dog Rescue alumni, foster, and well-behaved fur friends are welcome!

Just thought I’d bring you up to date on Abu (fka MySpace ). Thanksgiving day will be our 3-week anniversary. He and I truly fit together like a glove. May sound trite, but he is a VERY good boy!

His neuter surgery healed just fine. He got his bath right after the cone came off. Our groomer loved him (naturally!). Both our vets agreed with your vet and he is on Pimobendan for his heart. ADOPT BUBBLE TEA! Are you craving something sweet, satisfying, and addictive? Meet Bubble Tea—a 12 y/o 10 pound chihuahua! Her cuteness has her in high demand. Her rich butterscotch fur with that swirl of cream mixed in is beyond delightful. Bubble Tea is sure to bring a smile to your face. Her ears are unforgettable, and her eyes will melt your soul.

Whether you prefer being on the move or relaxing on the porch, this little lady will follow your lead. She is easy going, loves other dogs, and is all about cuddles. If you are willing and ready to shower her with love and head scritches and enjoy every second you get to be together, send us an email immediately and inquire about adopting Bubble Tea!

Here’s some notes from her foster:

Bubble Tea is a sweet and elegant girl, with long legs, fantastic ears and surprisingly soft fur. She is very quiet, low maintenance, and doesn’t need many potty breaks. She enjoys her walks, keeping a nice pace without any pulling but with a few sniffing stops when a scent catches her attention. She gives a few barks if she sees other dogs on the street (whether on our walks or in the car), but she quickly settles down when asked. She will also listen if you preemptively remind her not to bark at them.

While she peacefully co-exists with our resident dog and cat, she enjoys reminding my dog to mind his manners when I’m dishing out their food or getting them ready for a walk. I haven’t seen her around children, but I’ve heard that she was drawn to them when she would see them at Muttville.

She sleeps soundly through the night in her own dog bed and rides nicely in the car. She keeps an eye on us during the day, and prefers slow gentle pets over lap time or being held.She hasn’t had any issues being left alone, but she sure is happy to see us when we come back home.

This adorable pup-fluencer is famous for loving treats and looking cute with her tongue hanging out. Taylor loves taking sunbeam snoozles after a long day of looking at you lovingly and being 13/10 on the adorable meter.

Taylor is great with stairs and a good little walker. She enjoys being outside to sniff all the sniffs and wag all the wags.
