Foggy Paws SF Hello! I graduated with my degree in business from Columbia College Chicago in 2019. During my time in Chicago, I joined the dog walking company Wag in 2017.

Although I've always had a passion for animals and initially pursued a path in veterinary studies, a pre-vet internship made me realize that seeing animals in pain wasn't the right fit for me. Becoming a Wag walker meant undergoing training, learning dog etiquette, and passing a thorough background check. What started as a way to spend time with animals while earning an income turned into a fulfil

ling past time. I love being the highlight of a pup's day, opening the door to excitement and love. Over the years, I've built strong connections with pet parents who specifically request my services because they trust my dedication. Fast forward to today, after six years on the Wag platform with a 5-star rating and over 2,000 clients served, I found myself unfulfilled in my desk career in San Francisco. I had moved my Wag walking business to the Bay Area, and what began as occasional walks turned into reoccurring clients and a high volume of requests. With the support of a loyal clientele, I decided it was time to take my own dog show on the road! Introducing Foggy Paws, my personalized dog walking service. 🐾☀️ Daycares aren’t just for group walks and playing at Foggy Paws! If it’s a particularly nice day, we will load up and go to a park! On Friday, Gracie and I went to Golden Gate Park and explored some new places! We usually go on one group outing once a week!!! ☀️🐾

🐾📣Hello my sweet pup friends and their humans!
I have some bitter sweet news to share with you all!

Last week we lost my right hand lady Kendall, who all of us came to love, pup & Client alike! Our sweet friend is headed out of the Bay and onto making new furry friends back in SoCal! As sad as I am to see her go, I can’t help but just be thankful for how easy she has made growing this business! Kendall killed it here at Foggy paws, but it’s time for her to find other pups to love 💗

Now for the good ”sweet” side of the saying.
Kendall let me know that her departure was happening and I immediately started my search for our next girly boss. They needed to have professional dog walking experience, have a recent background check, go on a couple of walks with me and pass the “vibe check” haha! Mayra popped into my inbox and I could tell right away it was a good match! And if there was any doubt before, watching her with the daycares and seeing how much they loved her, I knew I found a good one! Mayra has had her hands in everything! From owning her own Cafe’ In Germany to quitting rover because she was becoming so high in demand! I’m a lucky lady to have found such a gem! 💎🐾

Mayra will be taking a few walks of her own and will l be running the foggy paws ship when I am away! 🥹🐾

🐾 Zoe was around for a Sunday refresh here at FP! Nothing is as satisfying as picking up well loved toys, folding doggy blankies and vacuuming up lots of fur (glitter) from hours of roughhousing 🥲💗 We also got this new bed in from that Zoe is breaking in 😂🐾

🐾 What’s New at Foggy Paws in 2025! 🐾

As we head into the new year, we’re making a few small changes to keep things running smoothly at Foggy Paws! Here’s what’s new:

📆 Holiday Boarding Rate – If a boarding stay falls on a government holiday, the full-day rate will be $100. This helps us fairly compensate for holiday availability and care.

❗ Boarding Cancellation Fee – If you’ve booked a 3+ day boarding stay and cancel with less than a week’s notice, there will be an $85 cancellation fee. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure we can accommodate as many pups as possible!

We appreciate all of you for making Foggy Paws what it is today, and we’re excited for another amazing year ahead! Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait to spend 2025 with your pups! Reach out with any questions! 🐶❤️

🐾🥂1 Year of Foggy Paws!🥂 🐾

What a furry roller coaster ride this last year has been! In my business classes, everyone dreamed of owning their own business. Not this lady! I was perfectly content following directions, clocking out at the end of the day, and not thinking about work until absolutely necessary. I hated it SO much that I started walking dogs on the side after that sucky job—because that made me happy. It’s absolutely true: when you’re doing what you love, work doesn’t feel like a burden. Fast forward six years post-graduation, and here I am, running my very own beloved Foggy Paws.

The first year of a business is truly a dog-eat-dog world. But Foggy Paws has been a team effort from day one! Whether you followed me over from Wag, put in a good word with friends, or have simply supported me through this journey—THANK YOU. I’ve connected with countless pups over the years, but this group is especially close to my heart.

💕 matty___forbes - who literally lets me turn our house into a doggy boutique hotel every other weekend. He loves every pup who steps paw into our home and has been beyond supportive every step of the way!
👯‍♀️ kendallkori - who started working with me at the end of last summer when FP was starting to get out of control! She is THE needle in the haystack, and I kid you not, Foggy Paws wouldn’t be what it is today without her. She is my backbone and the reason I’ve been able to keep growing! She is not only turned into my FP lifesaver, but also a sweet friend who anyone, person or pup, is sure to love!
😘 and duh, my mom jjjkramer! She has always been my biggest fan and has likely FaceTimed with every single one of your pups, haha!

Hey everyone! I wanted to let you know that daycare services will be paused from 1/28th to 1/30th.

The good news? Walks will still be happening during this time, thanks to Kendall! If your pup is scheduled for walks, they’ll be in great hands as always.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support—I truly appreciate it. Daycare will resume as usual starting 31st, and I can’t wait to see all of your pups back for more fun and play!

🎇🐾 Happy New Year’s Eve, everyone! I’d like to introduce you all to a very special puppy who means so much to many members of my family back home.

This is Repo, my grandpa’s beloved dog, who passed away in 2024. My grandpa loved Repo as much as he loved us grandchildren! When my grandpa fell ill earlier this year, one of his biggest concerns was ensuring his best friend, Repo, would be cared for.

There was never any doubt that Repo would stay in the family, just as my grandpa would have wanted. Since the beginning of summer, Repo has been living with my mom and enjoying his absolute best life! He’s made new pup friends and has all the land he could ever dream of.

As we head into the New Year, I hope everyone finds what they need to feel happy, secure, and at peace in the months ahead. Wishing you all a fresh start filled with hope and possibility. 🎇🐾

🐾 Javi hopes everyone had a wonderful Christmas! He can’t wait to get back to Foggy Paws to share his Mr. Potato head! I do have a last minute announcement 📢 I will be extending my IL stay until the 2nd of January! This means Walks, Daycares or any new Boardings are on “paws” until then! I hope you guys understand! It’s been nice being with my family and I’m ready for a nice break to kick off this new year! Hi everyone! 🌟
I’ve been such a busy bee this holiday season! 🐝 If we haven’t had a chance to chat about it during drop-offs, here’s a friendly reminder that I’ll be heading home for the holidays from Dec 18th to Dec 28th. During this time, I’ll be taking very limited daycare bookings—unless we’ve already made arrangements!
Kendall will be available for scheduled walks starting Wednesday next week. 🐾
Also, just a heads-up: my books are officially closed for the year! 🎉 Thank you all so much for an absolutely wonderful year—it’s been a joy caring for your pups (and kitties!). 💕

I have so much to be thankful for this year, with the number one thing being Foggy Paws. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that my business could become my full-time job. I originally saw Foggy Paws as just a small side hustle, a few pups here and there, while I struggled with my mental health at a fashion HQ. That was honestly all I thought I—or Foggy Paws—could be. But it took less than a week for me to quit everything else and dedicate myself fully to FP!

Friends, I have tears forming because you guys made this possible! I am beyond thankful, grateful, and humbled by every single person who has trusted Foggy Paws since we opened in February. A few special pups have been instrumental to our growth, and one of those is Billie—along with her amazing mom, jess!
and were my neighbors long before FP was even a twinkle in my eye! Jess and I didn’t say much to each other back then, just the usual “hello” and “what a super cute dog!” Little did I know that I was crossing paths with my future friend—and one of the best spokespeople for Foggy Paws.

Jess is a superhuman and the ultimate dog mom. She wakes up before the sun to make sure Billie gets the exercise that a pony her size needs! While at the park, Jess (being her bubbly, outgoing self—lol 😉) would name-drop my small, growing business. Before long, she saw for herself how much Billie loves being at Foggy Paws. Next thing I knew, about five new clients were telling me, “Jess sent us!”

One thing I’ve learned about the people Jess sends my way: they’re all amazing. Because, let’s be real, awesome people attract awesome people. Jess and Billie, you are both the definition of awesome 💜

🐾 Hey all! I am headed back from my vacation tomorrow evening and will be resuming all services myself while Kendall gets a much deserved break! Please be patient with me as I get my myself together after this great week of being away! So glad everyone had a great time with @kendallkori ! She killed it! HOW TO NOT BECOME A FOGGY PAW MEMBER 101- 🐾I’ve been trying to think of a gentle way to make an uncomfortable announcement, and my way has always been humor! This “encounter” is based on true stories of past meet n greets! I love every dog I get the pleasure of meeting, but sometimes it’s not a match!! Whether that be because of schedule conflicts, a vibe I get from the client or it simply just not working out! so with that being said, with all the love in the world, if we have a meet n greet and it doesn’t work out, it’s nothing personal (unless you’re a rude dog parent lol). Here are a couple of turns offs that will definitely not land you in the Foggy Paw Squad: 🐾 not respecting my 20 minute limit for a free meet n greet. A lot of time I fit those in between seeing clients, I really can’t stick around 40 minutes to hear your dogs whole story (as much as I want to). I also take that time out of my day for free, so please please respect it! 🐾Not respecting that my OG clients come first. I’m not switching already solidified times with other clients just to make it work for your dog. 🐾 Being rude during a meet n greet has always been so odd to me? So please treat me with respect. This is my full time profession, and I would like to be treated as a professional. I have feelings. 🐾 Arguing my prices or telling me how your old dog sitter used to bill. I’m not them, I’m Foggy Paws! Prices are very well laid out on my website. If you’ve done your research, you shouldn’t be surprised by the bill! My prices are based on my years of experience, the 100% attention your dog wouldn’t get in a dog run at a typical dog place in a small kennel, and the supplies I buy to keep foggy paws going. I send an invoice at the end of every service laying out an itemized list of everything you’re paying for. So please, no checks in advance until you know your total.
