Hello! I graduated with my degree in business from Columbia College Chicago in 2019. During my time in Chicago, I joined the dog walking company Wag in 2017.

Although I've always had a passion for animals and initially pursued a path in veterinary studies, a pre-vet internship made me realize that seeing animals in pain wasn't the right fit for me. Becoming a Wag walker meant undergoing training, learning dog etiquette, and passing a thorough background check. What started as a way to spend time with animals while earning an income turned into a fulfil

ling past time. I love being the highlight of a pup's day, opening the door to excitement and love. Over the years, I've built strong connections with pet parents who specifically request my services because they trust my dedication. Fast forward to today, after six years on the Wag platform with a 5-star rating and over 2,000 clients served, I found myself unfulfilled in my desk career in San Francisco. I had moved my Wag walking business to the Bay Area, and what began as occasional walks turned into reoccurring clients and a high volume of requests. 🐾🎆😱 Javi is here to help talk about the SCARIEST day of the year, and we ain’t talkin’ Halloween! He says, “I’ll give you a hint—it’s a holiday just around the corner and it’s LOUD!” That’s right, 4th of July! I have one more slot open for boarding if anyone wants dibs! We are planning on spending the night taking cover inside, safe from all the scary fireworks! We’re going to have non-stop loud fun movies, lots of ‘busy work’ activities, and of course have all the cuddles they could need! I know the 4th is fun for a lot of owners, but I know that Javi thinks it’s doomsday! That’s why we take extra precautions to make sure everyone feels cozy and safe during the firework shows! 🐾Holy Moly! Where in the world did May go?! It’s been a great month of wagging tails, meeting new clients and fun sleepovers! Believe it or not, it’s time to post June’s availability! As many of you know my grandpa passed earlier this month and I eluded to me being out of town for his services in June. Those dates are now in stone and I will be reaching out to those of you who have walks scheduled for that time in the next couple of days so you can have plenty of time to plan accordingly! No boardings are affected, so everyone can breathe easy haha! Besides that I am available otherwise and actually have a huge boarding slot that just opened up at the end of June if anyone needs to jump on that! Thanks everyone for being understanding that this month is a little busier as I tend to family back home in Illinois! As always, books are open online or call/text to schedule!🐾

🐾When I write in the report card, “it seems like Hank really appreciated his time out today” this is what I mean 🥹🥰 I think it’s the cutest thing to think about dogs having their own agenda for the day! 🐾*Remi using his mom’s phone to book a stay at Foggy Paws while she goes to work for the week* 😂 If you know that you have a couple of long days coming up at work book a daycare stay for your pup! Morning drop off and a 5pm pick up is only $50, which I think is totally worth it so your dog isn’t making FaceTime calls to grandma saying he’s being “mistreated” 🤣🐾

🐾 hello my wonderful doggy community! April is right under our nose and I wanted to let you know a couple of dates that Foggy Paws will be out of town!! I have bachelorette duties for my beautiful bestie on April 1st and will be in FL the 17th-21st visiting family! If I have you in my schedule as a reoccurring walk I will be reaching out in the next couple of days so you have plenty of time to find a plan B! I don’t travel often, but when I do I will always make sure everyone has plenty of notice!! 🐾

🐾 Meet Tucker! 😍 Foggy Paws newest member! When he first arrived I had a nervous mama and pup on my hands! This was the first time his amazing mama had left him with anyone other than her sweet mom. Leading up to his boarding we had a meet and greet, stayed in contact and that made the day of drop off SO much easier (for mom and TuckTuck!) She had warned me that Tucker had some separation anxiety and had a history of waiting by the door until her return (SAD!!). The moment the door closed behind Tuck’s mom my mission started to win this sweet man over! Him staying at the end of the hall lasted only about 20 minutes before he realized this is a pretty COOL place to be!! He’s been staying with me now for 3 days and he’s gone from being at the end of the hall to sleeping on his back with his paws in the air, playing with my co host Javi and coming to find me if he needs a extra hug 🥰 it’s always a honer to be a stand in mama while you guys go relax! Long story short, we have a happy mama, happy Tucker which makes me a HAPPY sitter!! 🥹🐾

🐾this is Dipper and he needs to extra love and patience during walks because them hips just don’t work like they used to!! Sometimes a “walk” is different for every pup! Sometimes energy needs to be let out, extra love needs to be given, encouragement and OF COURSE we have the occasional smell-venture! (Did you know letting your pups have a quick sniff during a walk is like them checking their social media) 😂 However, Dipper just wants some fresh air and MAYBE to get around the block with her two leashes! One that goes around her little chest and another that goes around her hips so I can help her emulate walking!! It’s the little things that make these guys days!! And everyone (and pup) deserves good days now and then 😊🐾

🐾one of the many reasons I love doing what I do is because I get to explore the city with all my furry friends! Posey and I had a hour to get tons of energy out, so we hiked around Coit Tower! We went up, down and all around! By the time we got back to her place we had logged 2 miles and she was one tired little lady! Book a little excursion of your own to get those paws moving and that tail wagging!! 🐾

🐾 new foggy paws baby alert 🚨🥹. Today Louie had his first big boy walk and he was SO brave! It’s not easy being the man of the house when your parents are away, but when the intruder knows where the treats are AND talks in a high pitched voice!?! what pup can resist!? 😂 March is filling up as far as boardings go!! But there is still plenty of room for walks to stretch our little paws!🐾

🐾Just because it’s raining this week doesn’t mean pups don’t need some exercise! Look at it as killing 2 birds with one stone! You get a walk AND a bath for the price of one! Haha

Apologies for being MIA this last week! On top of getting the website built, a ex client went completely rouge from my old platform! In 6 years of serving pet parents I have never been stalked and harassed by a client. ESPECIALLY, on a platform where I’m supposedly supposed to feel “safe”. Makes me so thankful that Foggy Paws not only benefits your pups because they get the upmost love, but it also keeps me safe and in control of my own clientele.

ANYWAY, onwards and upwards! Thanks for standing by while I filled my own cup again after this unsettling week. Website will be up tomorrow! She’s a work in progress, but I’m proud nonetheless 💕🐾😊

🐾 last holiday weekend flashback! i really enjoy having a full house of boarding pups and it’s even better when it’s a pack who’s bunked together before! Billie, Oliver and Javi enjoyed their long weekend stay full of group walks, time at the dog park and obviously they all have to try and sleep with me at night, Haha! boardings are a great option when you need to get out of town, but just can’t swing bringing your pup! not to steal olive garden’s tag line, but when you’re here, you’re family! 😂 I will have rates and packages posted soon as well as a Foggy Paws website with direct booking options!! 👀 keep your ears up for updates! 🐾
