Love how stable this beauty is even with a knee injury. We're starting slow and easy to help build foundational strength (stability).

Zooey isn't in competition with anyone except Father Time. This senior keeps getting stronger and more stable in spite of the challenges of age and a new baby in the house! Team Zooey is winning exercise!

Penny Pug had a little injury over a year ago when her vet sent her over for some help. She's not only over the injury, she has more energy, can go for longer walks, and is as spry and p***y as a 2 year old!
can build muscle too!

How I love your dog

Animals have a different relationship to pain and function than we do, so frequently we don't know something's not right until there's an obvious change in how theyโ€™re behaving or moving. Massage can help detect, alleviate, and prevent some of the issues that can keep your pet from moving and feeling as well as they could.

Some of the issues that can be addressed are overuse (crazy ball chasing buddy wrestling weekend warrior) issues, pre and post surgical pain, age related pain and stiffness, athletic care, weight management and very importantly injury prevention.

K9 Cross Train is a service that offers different types of exercise programs for your dog, depending on your schedule and needs. Most dogs donโ€™t get enough exercise, even though they may be very active. Through a personalized exercise program you can work with your dog to develop their strength and flexibility, increase their body awareness and obedience, work on their cardio, enhance their balance and agility and increase their resilience so they have a better quality of life and less chance of injury. Or if you donโ€™t have time I can take your dog either 3 days a week (very effective) or 2 days a week (less effective) and exercise them for you. Either way, youโ€™ll have a fitter, happier and healthier pet.

My background is in human health care with specializations in somatics (how the body and mind work together to create illness and wellness), movement and injury recovery. Now I'm using my 30 years experience to help create wellness for pets through massage and fitness training.
