Yesterday, we had the pleasure of taking Stanley, Shadow, and Atlas to a very special outing—a birthday party for an awesome 8-year-old at the park! 🌳🎂 The pups had a blast soaking up the fresh air, socializing with the kids, and enjoying each other’s company. 🐾

We also got to know a little more about them:
🩶 Shadow stole hearts with his calm, cuddly nature—he’d make the perfect relaxation buddy!
🤎 Atlas showed his adventurous side; he’s outgoing and would be an amazing hiking or beach companion.
🤍 Stanley proved that age is just a number with his boundless energy and love for meeting new friends. He’s a little charmer with plenty of tricks up his sleeve!

Luka, our charming, loving husky, has been with us for over 15 months now—and while he’s made the shelter his temporary home, it’s clear he’s so ready for a forever family. Last weekend, he got a special day out at the PetNMind Monrovia event, and he was over the moon! 🐾

Luka leapt right into the car (no hesitation!) and behaved like an absolute gentleman on the way there. Once we arrived, he was curious and excited, exploring every corner and letting us know when he was ready to move on or grab a drink from the water bowl. His sweet way of communicating kept us all smiling. 🥹

He didn’t miss a chance to greet each volunteer, proving just how much he loves his people. Luka’s heart is just as big as his personality, and he deserves someone who’ll cherish every one of his lovable quirks. ❤️ Help Luka finally find the home he’s been waiting so patiently for. We’re still buzzing with excitement and happy hearts after celebrating our 100th anniversary with all of you! 💛 Thank you to everyone who came out to support us, from longtime friends to new faces. It was an incredible day spent with our community, and we were especially thrilled to see so many of our alumni – from those adopted just months ago to those who found their homes years back! 🐾 Your love and support make everything we do possible, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
