Like any other natural food product, our treats need to be kept in a cool, dry place to ensure freshness and safety. We want to ensure our customers and their pets are safe during these hot months so we are giving extra information regarding our treats. When purchasing treats with no preservatives in the summer, we recommend selecting the fastest shipping method available, so that you can receive them as soon as possible.
