Hiii Saturn 🪐

Saturn must have missed me a lot because he was ultra snuggly when I saw him yesterday! He woke up from his nap with a meow and just started purring. It's funny because when he was with me, he wasn't as affectionate as the others but I guess he misses being spoiled 😂

I visited my foster kittens at Mini Cat Town Palo Alto yesterday! A family was there who had applied to adopt one of the Planets but unfortunately my boys were too busy eating, drinking, sleeping, and playing elsewhere 😅 It's okay though! I'm happy I was able to facilitate the adoption of two other kittens! 🥳

Jupiter in particular was busy zooming around, chasing other kittens around and then making some biscuits when he needed a break. He didn't mind it when I picked him up for a cuddle though! And actually when I first got there, he was busy manning the front desk 😂

Mahina is the smallest and the lone girl in the litter but her brothers don't underestimate her because I've seen her tackle them 😂 She's also the one who was adventurous enough to climb up the cat tree first!

Watch Nalu go for a biiiiiiig stretch and yawn! 🥱

Nalu is my cuddler and makes himself at home in my lap all the time. Super sweet and silly boy who also manages to weave in and out of my legs as I'm maneuvering around which is the worst trip hazard ever 😅

Peekaboo from Keanu 🩵

This little guy is pretty sneaky! He always somehow slips out of the playpen each time I open the door. Even if he's in the middle of using the litter box, he'll finish up what he's doing so fast to dash out and make his escape. Not sure what he's trying to find in the world beyond the playpen though. He came face to face with Momo and promptly hissed at her 😅

It's so interesting to me to see how different kittens from the same litter can look! Did you know that kittens from the same litter can have different dads? 😱 That kinda blew my mind when I first learned that.

Check out the tabby markings on both Keanu and Makoa though. Maybe Mom had tabby markings too 🤔

Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate and Happy 4th Thursday in November to those who don't! 🙂 I'm thankful for all of you who support my fostering journey and Mini Cat Town's rescue mission!

Makoa and his littermates will be getting their regular feast of dry food all day and two servings of wet food so there is no need to gnaw on that toy 😂

Neptune is growing up so fast at Mini Cat Town Palo Alto! However that doesn't stop him from acting like a big baby and crying to be let into the back area (which is where he knows there's wet food) 😅

And finally, we have little Mahina! 🌺 The only girl in this litter and the tiniest (although she reached 2lbs today).

Mahina means "moon" and in Hawaiian mythology, she is also a lunar deity! 🌕 She was initially very wary of me but has warmed up quite a bit and as I type this, she is curled up in my lap 😊

Meet Keanu! 🏝️

His cool eyed stare is only matched by his cool attitude...that is, until the door of the playpen opens up and he runs to try to escape 😂 He and Nalu have been the most keen on snuggling but the other two are warming up to me fast!
