PUPPY IN NEED OF FOSTER/ADOPTER…

The owner of this cute little boy left him with a friend then decided they didn’t want a dog anymore. Unfortunately, that friend has a dog and two cats already, which is the limit for their household. Best case we can connect these folks with somebody who is looking to adopt a puppy. But if someone would be willing to foster while we get this guy vaccinated and find him a home, that would be awesome too.

This is one of a few puppies we are trying to place currently. It’s puppy season. We got puppies coming out of our ears… Who wants a puppy??? DM or email [email protected] for more info

It’s been nearly five years of not having affordable access to spay and neuter surgeries in Santa Clara County. At the same time the price of regular vet services have drastically increased. The combination has led to an unwanted pet population crisis. The shelter and every rescue operation we’ve been in contact with is currently operating over capacity and unable to take in any new dogs. That being said, if you are unable to hang on to a stray dog for as long as it takes to either find its owners or a new home, I strongly urge you not to take that dog into your care. We can offer support, we can attempt to connect you with a qualified foster, but there is a good chance we will not be able to take that dog off your hands and the same goes for the shelter. We need to come together as a community and figure out a way to fix our current spay/neuter problem if we ever hope to get out of this crisis. Until then, please understand what it means to take a stray dog into your care. For those heroes who are willing to see it through, we will back you up to the best of our ability.

It’s been nearly five years of not having affordable access to spay and neuter surgeries in Santa Clara County. At the same time the price of regular vet services have drastically increased. Welp, I think this girl is finally ready to find her forever home. We still want to wait another month or so to get her fixed so she fills out a bit. She’s getting stronger every day.
