This happy boy is less than a year old, and is currently in Foster Care. He loves to play, loves being with you, and wants you to be his best friend. If you do not know much about dogs, he wants to be your ONLY friend, however if you are experienced with dogs, he might be a fit as a furbrother!
His pluses are that he is attentive, loving and loyal. His negative is that there is no piece of food he will not fight over to make sure he has that tasty treat. While new in a home, he needs to be strictly separated from other dogs during feeding time. Long term he will need NILIF training (Nothing In Life Is Free) so he can learn about being a dog.
He is a Food Nipper, and that means you have to be careful with him around food until he is fully trained. As he is still a puppy, this will be part of your bonding with him.
This Lil dude is currently being fostered near Sacramento, but he is available for anyone in Northern California. He is House trained (but still has a few puppy accidents), needs plenty of exercise, and has a bit of separation anxiety until he gets used to his new surroundings. At the dog park, or on walks, he gets along with other dogs great. (It's the food time that brings out the beast in him.)
Stats: Primitive Mix (Shar Pei, Shiba both a possibility), about 25lbs, great looking Brindle Coat, the whitest smile you will ever see!
