‼️ HELP NEEDED FOR THIS SENIOR ENGLISH BULLDOG ‼️

Meet our newest intake — MONTANA, a 9-year-old English Bulldog who was DUMPED ON A STREET CORNER in his crate.

Yesterday, one of our board members stopped for coffee… and ended up saving a life. This sweet boy’s owner tried to surrender him to 3 shelters. When they all said no, she left him on a corner… in a crate.

He’s covered in infections — ears, mouth, skin. He has a huge tumor on his belly and likely a painful bladder infection. It appears that he’s lived outside his whole life, a life full of neglect… until last night.

Last night, he slept inside for the first time. Blankets. A full belly. Pain meds. Warmth. Safety. You guys, he is the SWEETEST boy and just puts his paw on you when he is near! 🥹

Now… we need YOUR help to give him the life he’s never had. He is currently at getting some serious medical attention and TLC.

Meet TOBY, a 12-week-old terrier and shepherd mix (best guess?). This adorable puppy is full of puppy playfulness and energy. He is very sweet and affectionate and will crawl onto your lap for attention. 🥰 TOBY is such a smart boy, too! He's already learned the command, "sit," and is making great progress on housetraining. 🙌

Everyone, please give a big welcome to our newest senior girl, GIDGET! At 10 years old, GIDGET was abandoned in a commercial building in Corona and ended up at the Corona Animal Shelter. Poor GIDGET was so scared! 😟 Through some networking, a former P4P adopter learned about GIDGET and reached out to us for help. Once her stray hold was up our amazing foster and volunteer drove out to scoop her up!

GIDGET is doing amazing in her foster home! 🤩 She is just a doll! Super easy! She may have some blurry vision and not hear perfectly, but GIDGET is quiet, sleeps through the night, and is perfect in her pen/crate. She is housetrained, spayed, and even just had a fresh dental.

GIDGET gets along great with all the dogs in her foster home, and appears to do well with cats, as well. 🐾 She is super sweet and loving, just a great older girl! 💛

✨ FOSTERS NEEDED!✨

We recently helped out in a hoarding case and rescued these 7 pups. They are all terrier mixes, around 20 lbs give or take, and young (six of them are about 10 months old, and one is 2 years old). 🐾

They are currently in boarding, sweet but scared. We urgently need fosters for them, so they can decompress and let their sweet natures blossom, and so they can be seen and adopted.

Promise 4 Paws sincerely appreciates the kindness & hospitality of our host Sue Dussinger who provided her beautiful garden and home as a backdrop for this “Spring Succulent FUNdraiser”. 💐

All supplies were provided for each attendee to assemble their own Easter succulent basket 🐰 and we all had the best time!

A HUGE thank you to all that participated and brought delicious food & libations. We were able to raise over $1500 towards medical bills for our rescue pups & kitties!! 🙌

CHARLIE is a lovable 7-year-old chocolate Lab, Australian Shepherd, and Spaniel mix with a big heart and an even bigger appetite. He’s always up for a cuddle, and happiest when he’s the center of your attention.

Being part Australian Shepherd, CHARLIE has a naturally high energy level and thrives in a calm, structured environment. While he’s great with other dogs and children, chaotic situations—like loud barking, fast movement, or busy car rides—can make him anxious. Because of this, CHARLIE would do best in a peaceful home where he can relax and feel safe.

🐾 Looking for Lab lovers! 🐾
⭐ FOSTER or ADOPTER NEEDED⭐

Meet GODIVA! This beautiful chocolate Lab is as sweet as her name 🍫. Used as a breeding dog and then dumped, GODIVA was rescued by . It appears she was also hit by a car; thankfully, her injury will not require surgery, just plenty of rest.

Given all that she has been through GODIVA is still incredibly sweet, just a little love. 💛 She's about 2 years old, currently weighs 45 lbs, and will need help gaining weight. GODIVA absolutely adores children, enjoys being pet, and appears to be housetrained. She is gentle and calm with adults, though she can be a bit nervous around men. She seems to be good with other dogs when properly introduced.

GODIVA is looking for a foster home, or better yet, a forever home! We would love for her to be able to recuperate in a loving home, instead of in boarding. ROCCO and GRACIE are brother and sister who were adopted at 6 weeks of age from the animal shelter at Camp Pendleton. They are terrier mixes, 6½ years old, and weigh 18 lbs each. They have been inseparable since birth. They are in need of a new home as their family is relocating to Europe and cannot take them.

Both dogs are in very good health, active, loving, and housetrained. ROCCO is the athlete and protector while GRACIE loves to sun herself and is a love. They are both very personable with people (children and adults alike), playful, and loyal. They would thrive in a loving home environment where they can continue receiving and providing companionship. They love walks and tummy rubs and sleeping on their heated bed.

Freedom Friday 🎉

We have a very special Freedom Friday for you today! Kazan ( ) is safe!! 🐶👏

This gorgeous senior was dumped at the shelter by his family after 11 years, abandoned to be put down in his old age. He was in a kennel with no visibilty and was overlooked again again. His days were numbered.

But thanks to the incredible networking of and , and because Kenneth Zavayna stepped up to foster him until an adopter was found, Kazan is SAFE. 🙌🏻

We are so glad that this good boy does not have to live out his golden years in a cold and overwhelming shelter. Instead, he gets to know the love and comfort he deserves. Welcome to the good life, Kazan!

Remember the pregnant mama dog we posted last week? She needed a foster home urgently so she wouldn't end up in the shelter and have to deliver her babies in a loud and scary environment.
