This sweet 18-month-old Puggle mix is looking for a foster, or better yet a forever home, to call her own!

This brave girl has been through so much. 💕 She was found badly injured with a broken jaw after being attacked by another dog. Thanks to her rescuers and vets, she has made a full recovery and is ready for her new chapter to start.

CAMMI makes a wonderful cuddle buddy, but she is also a playful young dog, and would do best in a home with another pup to play with. 🐶

She will go in her crate if needed, and she is working on her house-training; she is currently pee-pad trained and is a quick learner so will no doubt complete her house-training quickly! CAMMI is great with people, dogs, and cats, making her a perfect addition to your pack!

HAVEN is available for adoption!

This 3-month-old Corgi/Sharpei mix is thriving in her foster home and is ready to find her forever family!

HAVEN was recently rescued, along with her mom and siblings, from a large property in Tulare with over 30 dogs. Now that she is safe with us, she is enjoying all the good things life has to offer an adorable puppy. 💕

A sweet and social pup, HAVEN is up for anything. When she is not zooming around with her siblings, she is content to cuddle up with her people and soak up all the love.

As she’s still only a puppy, HAVEN is working on house-training, but she is smart and eager to please, so she’ll pick it up in no time with the proper guidance. Playful and affectionate, everyone is a friend - she loves all people and dogs she meets. 🐶

Meet HALEY! This sweet girl is a 12-week-old corgi/cattle dog mix and she is ready for her forever home!

HALEY can be a little shy at first but quickly warms and lets her happy, gentle, and playful personality shine through.☀️

While she’s still young, HALEY is a very good girl and a fast learner. She’s quiet, not mouthy, and holds her potty when she’s in her pen!

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and would probably do well with cats as well as older kids who understand it might take her a little bit to settle in to her new home.

Rescued with his siblings from Mexico, MILO got a second chance at life. His family is now having to move and, through no fault of his own, he can’t go with them. They would desperately like for him to go to a caring home, not an overcrowded shelter - could you be his new family?

🎉It’s time for a wayback Wednesday happy tail! 🎉

We love seeing our former foster pups thriving in their forever homes, and this week we are celebrating Penny Lane (formerly S’mores)! 🐶

Poor Penny had been abandoned and found herself in a loud and overwhelming shelter. When a dedicated volunteer asked if we had a foster, we couldn’t say no. Once in her foster home, she slept for three days straight, decompressing and recovering from the stress of the shelter. Thanks to the love and patience of her foster family (and her foster dog brother!), she slowly blossomed into the sweetest girl 💕.

Beautiful Penny was incredibly popular when it came to adopton applications, but she chose her own family. As soon as her potential adopters left the meet and greet, she stood at the door and cried for them (see picture for cuteness!) - she knew she had found her furever!

Penny is absolutely thriving in her new home, where she is surrounded by love, and even has a human brother of her own! See the pictures and read what her family has to say about her - you will know what a happy tail this truly is:

Say "Hello" to KESHA! This lovely 3-year-old terrier mix was saved from surviving at an abandoned house and running from coyotes by our friend . She's now safe with us and has shown herself to be such a sweet and affectionate girl. KESHA is dog- and cat-friendly and so gentle when playing with the 3 month old puppy she's being fostered with. This little sprite is MOCHI! He's a wee little terrier mix, currently 11 weeks old and 5 lbs. Re-introducing this stunning black beauty, CHARLOTTE, a 1-yr-old female Belgian Malinois/Shepherd mix weighing a petite 45lbs.
She was rescued from the South LA shelter where she waited patiently for many months, with outstanding notes from the volunteers and handlers on her amiability with other dogs, her quick connection to people and her balanced temperament.
CHARLOTTE is thriving and loves to play with other dogs, especially at the dog park. She seems to enjoy all people and children, and prefers to stay close and connected to her people in her foster home. No cats for CHARLOTTE, though. She is quiet, sleeps peacefully in her crate all night, enjoys long walks, and handles nicely on the leash.
CHARLOTTE will be a loyal and loving companion for an active household who will appreciate her breed and the intelligence that comes with it.

Meet DUKE, an absolutely majestic 2-year-old XL Bully. He had a tough start - his previous owners moved away, abandoning him and his brother. A Good Samaritan took him in and is looking after him until he finds his forever home. Duke’s resilient nature is apparent every day, as despite everything, he remains a quiet and calm pup.

He is a gentle giant, weighing in at around 120 lbs. While he is obviously very strong, he is learning to be a good boy on walks. He is incredibly sweet and affectionate - he loves giving his people hugs and kisses! 💕 DUKE has a relaxed personality and is crate-trained, wanting nothing more than to be someone’s companion.

DUKE might do well in a house with a friendly and compatible dog, but he would probably thrive in a home where he was the only dog.

Please give a big "Welcome" to AINSLEY! ✨ This super sweet girl was found in the Jurupa Riverbed, having been dumped with a badly broken leg. 😢 A vet called us and asked us to take her, and of course we said YES! Even in pain AINSLEY showed herself to be a happy and sweet pup, so grateful to have been saved. After surgery to repair her broken bones and time to heal she is ready to find her forever home!
AINSLEY loves people, gets along great with other dogs, and we are guessing she'd be great with kids, as well! She is about 9 months old, 35-40 lbs, and possibly a giant schnauzer mix. Now that she's off restricted activity, AINSLEY enjoys her walks, is great on a leash, and settles in easily for car rides. She is an amazing pup who will make any family who adopts her fall madly in love with her!

This Saturday (2/22), put your fur baby in their best costume and come to Los Rios Park in San Juan for the annual Pet Parade! Promise4Paws will be there with a booth and several of our adoptable dogs from 10 am to 4 pm (the parade starts at 11:30 🎉).

This handsome sweetheart is PERRY! He is a 4-yr-old long-haired dachshund mix who just wants to be with you, very much the Velcro dog! 😍 PERRY was rescued from the LA shelters and is looking for a home that is calm and predictable, so preferably without kids. PERRY feels uncertain with new people and environments; he needs someone who can be patient with him as he adjusts. Once he's relaxed and feels safe, this little guy is amazingly loyal, sweet, and even comical!! 🥰🐾
