ISO a stall cleaner/feeder for Saturdays & Sundays

Located in Coto De Caza Ca (private barn)

Duties include cleaning 6 box stalls and cleaning the pastures, cleaning/filling waters, filling feed bins, blowing down breeze way, blanketing, unblanketing, taking horses to and from pastures (from pastures to stalls and vs Versa). Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be reliable.

Hours are 9am-4pm (lunch is 12-1)

Saddles for Sale! I’m a trainer who has downsized and I have way too many saddles just sitting not getting used

This applies to all saddles I have for sale:

-Located at my ranch in Orange County California
-Buyer would need to pay shipping
-I have additional photos of all the saddles but I just posted one of each because it would be too hard to filter which photo goes with what saddles if they were posted all together. I have photos of all the dimensions as well. So if you are interested in a particular saddle please private message me and I can send additional photos and details of the saddle you are interested in. All my photos have my “watermark” on them. For the saddles that have serial numbers I can send those
-I also have western cinches and English girths of all lengths coming out my ears. So if you also need a girth or cinch to go with the saddle, chances are I have one (for an additional cost). If you need a cinch or girth im happy to show pictures of the size ones I have in the size you need.
-I also have some saddle storage bags I can sell separately for certain saddles. So if you are interested in buying a particular saddle and want a storage bag let me know and I can see which storage bags I can sell for what saddles.
-I’m doing my best to keep scammers away. If you are interested in a saddle I wont sell any without FaceTiming at some point. And of course if you are local picking up from me is of course an option

Reluctantly I think it’s time I announce some life changes I’ve recently chosen to pursue. I have been made aware of all the rumors that are circulating in our small horse world, and I want everyone to be able to hear them directly from me. I have chosen to leave 5M Ranch on my own terms and to take a step back from training to do what’s best for my family. I was not kicked out of 5M Ranch and the relationship between me/Devon/5M/KBPH is all in good standing, it was just a personal choice for me to step back from training right now. Starting July 1st I will no longer be training at 5M and will be taking a hiatus. I am also physically okay, I’m not sick or terminally ill, thank you to everyone who has reached out to me concerned about my health.

I’m not sure how my personal notice to my clients went circulating around. It’s very disappointing that my private personal notice to my clients has made its way outside of my barn/clientele. It should have been my personal information to share when I was ready. Quite frankly I'm still not ready to share this as I’m still taking it all in myself and grieving. But here we are….

Thank you to 5M Ranch for giving me the opportunity to try and make 5M Ranch work for KBPH. Thank you to Devon for everything you have done for me, my horses, and my family, and thank you to the amazing staff at 5M who is amazing and never stops. You guys are all truly amazing. I’m forever grateful. Thank you to the clients who love and support me like family and understand the hard decision I chose to make. And thank you to my husband for loving a horse trainer and never making me choose you or the horses and letting me live my dream.

I’m super grateful and excited to see what this next chapter of life will bring!

👉I’ve gone to shows this year and wondered if I should even bother with the next one. I’ve heard things that made me want to quit because of someone’s opinion.

I show up anyways.

👉It’s not about anyone’s opinion. It’s not about winning. It’s about growing. If you’re struggling to tell yourself this. Just show up anyways.

👉You might be the person that lost your heart horse and you’re struggling to find the right fit, and you’re getting frustrated, tired, and you question yourself.

👉You might be bringing up a young horse, and every time you think he’s ready, you mess up, but you come back again.

👉You might have overheard somebody say something you didn’t want to hear. And you might have taken it like a shot straight to the heart.

👉You might be the person that came out of nowhere and blew everyone away. 👏Little do they know you have been working for YEARS. And you think no one saw you then.👏

You might be all of them.

No ones opinion matters. No buckle, trophy, ribbon, or check matters. Nothing matters if you are not there because you love your horse. Because you have a deep love for the sport. Because you get on your horse every day to grow. To make them better. To make yourself better.

You are there because you love it. People talk bad if you lose, and they talk bad if you win. Those aren’t your people.

When you think no one sees you. They do.

All those scenarios I mentioned. I’ve seen them. And I’ve been a lot of them.

When you think no one sees you. Somebody does. I see you. I see you try. I see you struggle. I see you grow.

Never give it up.

Stay strong for that one person that isn’t sure if they wants to keep going. They’re watching you. They’re counting on you.

But not to win. They’re counting on you to show up anyways. To not lose heart.

If you think I’m talking about you. I am. I’m talking about those people I’ve seen for years. And the one’s just starting out.

Be encouraged because someone keeps going because you kept going. Because of you, I show up anyways. Because of you I can’t give up.

We are so blessed at KBPH to have a team of such hard working and dedicated individuals. As many of you know in the horse industry (and in general) good help is hard to find. Exceptional help is even harder. We are so blessed to have Nur apart of our team since October of last year. She’s someone we can always count on, always has our back and has never let us down. Nur is originally from Turkey and we are so lucky that she found her way to us. We don’t take for granted your talent, work ethic, dedication and love you have for our barn. We love you Nur, thank you for all you do, we truly couldn’t do it all without you 💕

8 years ago Laurie Miklos Buechner and I bought Skye Blue Magic Sight unseen and took a gamble. Skye ended up exceeding all our expectations and ended up being a mare of a lifetime. I poured my heart and soul into her and in return Skye gave me her heart and won me my first World Title and now she’s giving us another first…..

8 years to the date-We are so excited to announce that Skye Blue Magic has a confirmed heart beat check and is in foal to When In Chrome and we couldn’t more excited. Thank you Skye for yet again making our dreams come true 💕

I’d like to give a special shout out to my mom Laurie Miklos Buechner. She’s my personal horse show mom, and the horse show mom to my barn at every show. She leaves her work at home to help me haul, groom, clean stalls, and whatever else is needed. This photo sums her up as she usually has her ear pods in so she can do her work while she helps me at the shows. Thank you mom, your time you take to help me means the world. Life as a trainer gets busy and she rather be with me on the road to spend time with me. She’s my biggest supporter and I’m grateful for every show we get to have together. Thanks mom I love you and don’t take for granted all the shows we get to experience together- I know “working” for me isn’t the easiest, I appreciate you and the whole barn does too 💕

The first photo is of Jimmy and I at Double Feature 12 years ago (Jimmy was 10). This was my last show as an Amateur before going into the Open pen as trainer the following year- we had the most amazing show to end my amateur career. I borrowed this shirt and really liked it and never saw it again after that day.

Fast forward to today and walking by the show booth at Show Me The Money and saw this shirt. Tezza who leases and shows Jimmy (Jimmy is now 22) bought it and now gets to wear the good luck show shirt on the same horse!
