Michelle's own dog family consists of Dennis, her pug, Fae, a shy terrier mix, Cheerio, a two legged longhair Chihuahua who uses a cart to get around and Coney a Chinese Crested she adopted as a senior. Colette has been with Fluff Dog Grooming since the business was opened. She has been grooming for over 20 years and is a well respected poodle handler and breeder. While she specializes in toy and miniature poodles she loves all breeds of dogs. Her hobbies are dog shows, music festivals and spending time with her husband Mark. Colette works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays by appointment only. Vicki Ronchette
Vicki has been grooming dogs since 1990 and working in the pet industry since her teens. Vicki has worked as a dog trainer and behavior consultant, groomer, veterinary assistant and dog walker. Vicki competes in dog sports with her dogs and she is the founder and lead instructor of Show Dog Prep School, an online school for training and presenting show dogs. Vicki works on Mondays and Thursdays and specializes in senior and fearful dogs.

Heather L. We have a gentle, careful touch with animals and while we enjoy working with all dogs, we have a soft spot for senior dogs and dogs that are shy, fearful or sensitive. Our goal is to build a relationship with her client dogs so that they feel safe and comfortable with us. We are committed to grooming, handling and managing your dog with compassion and care and uses positive reinforcement methods to help dogs that are fearful or stressed with grooming. Michelle is a member of the Pet Professional Guild (PPG) which is the Association for Force Free Pet Professionals.
