We recently saw 12-week-old Scuppers for suspicion of eating chocolate donuts. After a careful evaluation, Dr. Tao recommended induced vomiting. We found undigested kibble, two small rocks, a rubber band, some paper, and a large almond!

We're happy to report that after lots of cuddles from our staff, he has fully recovered and is happily back at home.

Remember, puppies can be curious and get into anything. Always keep hazardous items out of their reach and contact us immediately if you suspect they have ingested something dangerous.

We never know what surprises each day will bring! We saw sweet Tucker for a suspected a**l gland rupture. Instead, Dr. Taofound a foxtail inside the a**l gland!

This little guy is now on the road to recovery. Remember, if your pet is acting unusual, don't hesitate to bring them in. We're here to help!

Meet Freddy! We saw this brave 10-week-old after a little mishap with a furniture jump left him limping. Dr. Barber found a hairline fracture and applied a bandage and splint to aid his recovery.

Now, Freddy's looking at a 4-8 week recovery journey, but rest assured, we're here to support him every step of the way. Let's send him lots of love and well wishes as he heals.

Sweet Proton came in with a sensitive bump on his chin and was overly cuddly. Our team scheduled an exploratory procedure where Dr. Barber discovered a needle lodged under his tongue! 🪡 After safely removing it, treating the wound, and giving Proton's teeth a good clean, he's now on the mend. The family was shocked since they don't sew! We're happy to solve mysteries and keep your furry friends healthy!

We saw sweet Moose for a foxtail removal today! 🌾 These pesky stickers can cause serious discomfort, so always be on the lookout. If you're concerned about foxtails or any other hazards, give us a call. Your pet's health and happiness are our priority!

Say hello to Leo, our brave little adventurer! 🐾 He came in with some swelling around his eye, but once we broke out the Churu, it was game on! Leo went wild for the tasty treat, making his exam with Dr Riedel a purrrfectly pleasant experience!

We had the pleasure of meeting Rhett, who brought a bit of classic charm to our day.
Our nurse Ashley, sharing her name with a character straight out of "Gone with the Wind," tended to Rhett with the grace and hospitality of the Old South. Even in this scorching weather, Rhett’s visit was a breath of fresh air!

We were honored to host Dr. Ana Victoria Anarengtz, DVM and PhD in Veterinary Medicine, for a two-week visit. During her time with us, she immersed herself in the latest veterinary technologies, gaining valuable insights into case management, rehab techniques, dental X-rays, and collaborating with our surgery team.

Dr. Anarengtz is set to open her own small animal practice later this year in Mexicali, Baja California. We wish her the best of luck and much success in her new venture!

Sweet Eliza had a surprise for us. She came in for a suspected foxtail in her nose, but it turned out to be a bug!

Eliza was such a brave girl, and we’re happy to report she’s now bug-free and feeling great. Always an adventure at ACC!

With the original groundbreaking shovel from 25 years ago, Dr. Markoff officially began our 8-month remodel project! We're thrilled to expand our clinic, providing greater access to veterinary care, including cat-only exam rooms and treatment areas, a full rehab center with multiple treatment options, streamlined processes, and so much more. Rest assured, we will remain fully operational throughout the renovation. Our enhanced facility promises a bright future!

We are excited to announce that we are embarking on a major remodel at ACC starting in early June 2024. We have been working towards this plan for years and it’s finally happening! We will continue to welcome you as we remodel 50% of the premises at a time. The process is expected to take approximately 8 months.
