Is it nap time yet? The day has just started, but our carpet python would rather sleep the day away. These snakes are nocturnal, and they are more active at night. They prefer to spend the day relaxing and resting in the tree branches among the leaves. They also prefer to find trees and comfy spaces near bodies of water such as rivers or streams.
