Not 1…not 2….but 3 new Cal Poly foals ! The students had a very busy weekend welcoming 3 new foals !
A c**t by Metallic Cattack out of our LA Waters Quarter Horses mare Lightnin Wild Card. A filly by 6666 Ranch Quahadi out of our ONE TIME Pepto mare Time N Grace. And finally early this morning another filly by Creek Plantation’s Boon Too Suen out of our Smooth As A Cat mare Smooth Secrets!

🌟THIS SATURDAY🌟, it’s open house! Have a horse you want to meet before our sale in June? You don’t have to wait! Come join us RAIN OR SHINE, Noon to 2:00pm this Saturday April 13th!

- At Noon, we will introduce the program and the first round of c**ts who will be demonstrating their skills in the beautiful Oppenheimer arena, ending at 1pm.
- From 1-2pm, the second round of c**ts will enter the arena to demonstrate what they’ve been working on and we will be able to answer any and all of your questions!

Remember this event will be open to anyone and everyone so prospective students, buyers, enjoyers of horses, you are all welcome! Prior to our -P Performance Horse Sale event, the Cal Poly Equestrian Team, Dressage Team, and Packing Team will be showing off what they do so arrive early if you want to catch a glimpse into the other programs that take place at the Equine Unit!

We will be happy to answer any and all questions you have regarding our 30 sale horses, preview day (May 31st), sale day (June 1st), how to bid, etc.
Again, this event is open to the public! So bring a friend and come join us for an afternoon with the sale horses!

Message us if you have any questions or need directions on how to get to our facility on Campus.

Applications for ASCI 344 Equine Human Communication (intermediate riding) will be accepted through Friday of this week (week 9) for Spring Quarter.
Applications for Fall ASCI 345 Equine Behavior Modification (C**t starting) will be taken starting week 10 of Winter quarter through week 2 of Spring quarter. Tryouts will be held during week 4 or 5.
