At our Pet Gala last night, we were thrilled to give our Woods Spotlight Volunteer Achievement Award to fosteredbyarianne! Arianne has fostered more than 60 animals for Woods, all while going above and beyond to document and share her experience with the world through incredible transformation videos. She has made a difference for so many animals, like Applesauce, our three-legged star of the show last night! Yes, we’re ready for our portraits. We’re looking right at the camera, striking a pose and looking quite dapper, if you ask us. We’re Ben and Jerry, the famed duo who brought you delicious, craveable ice cream by the carton. We just returned from The Pet Gala, you might have seen us there. Celebrity sightings are frequent with us two. We’re not a bonded pair of 2-year-old Shih Tzus, per se, but we look pretty darn cute as a couple, don’t we? Hi, howdy, and hello! I’m the famous Tennessee, the 5-month-old female Great Pyrenees puppy! I just got back from a celebrity gala held just for me! All of my biggest fans were there, praising me for my beauty, my grace, my friendliness, my poise. The pupparazzi showed up too, of course, snapping pictures of me all night long. Hi there, I'm Handsome, a 2-year-old male hound mix! I'm as striking as my name suggests, but there's more to me than just good looks. I'm a happy, high-energy guy with a zest for life and a love of adventure. Whether I'm splashing in the kiddie pool, zooming around the yard, or working hard for my favorite snacks (I'm super food motivated), I bring enthusiasm to everything I do.

I'm eager to learn and quick to pick up on training when it's paired with structure, patience, and, of course, plenty of treats! That said, I'm not a beginner dog-I'll need an experienced handler who can keep up with my energy and guide me with clear expectations. I'd thrive in a home with a big yard to run and play and someone who can keep me busy both physically and mentally.

I get along well with confident, easygoing dogs, but my boisterous play style can be overwhelming for more reserved pups. Well, you know what they say about Labs (that's me by the way, five-year-old Samuel), that we're just the biggest, goofiest, most loveable dogs in the universe. True, true and true. I'm not so sure about goofy, but if it means friendly and happy and attached to humans, then yes, I definitely fill that role. I'm a people-person guy, as most labs are. Being a pretty big boy, I'm fond of exercise. I'll keep us both in shape with walks and play time. Then guess what? Nap time!! Get that leash and let's go!

Looking for a dog who's smart, fun, and ready to be your ultimate adventure buddy? Meet me—Mamba! I'm a two-year-old female lab-shepherd mix, and I’m a Staff Favorite! Training? I love it. Learning new things? Count me in. Going on hikes, playing fetch, or just having a blast doing whatever my favorite humans are doing? That's my kind of life.

But I'm not just all go-go-go; I've got a soft side, too. Once I get my energy out, I love settling in with my people, leaning in for affection, and just soaking up the love. I bond deeply with my humans, and I'll always be right there, ready to make you smile.
