So I've completely retired from the six years of animal care, housesitting, and handyman work I did after 35 years in the grocery business. Now I can concentrate on Pickleball and visiting these wonderful people in San Francisco!

Still available for some work if my friends and family need me though.

Well it looks like my new job isn't going to happen. So again, I'm available for a four hour shift, once a week at $25 an hour. I can do almost anything regarding animal and pet care, including feeding, cleaning, mucking out stables, cuddling, etc. I can bottle feed any animal or pet, and I can even milk goats. I am most experienced in bird and cat care.

So it looks like I'll be working for a lovely lady nearby who breeds Burmese cats! She needs a little help cleaning and caring for them.

Here's Skipper. He had a bout of diareah, typical during weaning, but now he's doing fine and almost 700g!

We got a new horse at the Teri Equestrian Center! Her name is Freckles, and she's a Clydesdale.

So I have officially retired from my steady work taking care of and cleaning at the place where I was working with birds and cats. Now I will spend my time visiting my grandson, biking, playing pickleball, Bible studying, spending time with my wonderful husband, and crafting.

Also volunteering at this wonderful equestrian center that helps people with developmental issues like autism and Downs syndrome.

One of the horses here at the Teri Equestrian Center is very Ill. If you're the praying type, please pray for clear direction concerning him (his name is Juan) for if it's time to let him go, or for him to be healed of his illness. Thanks everyone!

I got to visit with these three guys before they all move to Boston. Long story, but these three guys were the second litter we fostered. My friend Lorraine and her husband have them and they are all very happy!

This is what happens when you have a flock of birds of all types. This Lady Guildian finch "says", "kisses". This should not be able to happen. You can hear the CAG say it as plain as day in the background. So amazing!
