Needing a Holiday Miracle!

Friends!

We desperately need help for a special dog named, Rune!

Rune came to us 52 days ago very distant and terrified, he would hide under his bed and try to climb the walls to get away. Needless to say it was heartbreaking to see him struggle. Rune has made some Improvements and is now taking treats softly for the hands of staff and allows soft pets as he passes by. Whenever we try to place a leash on him, he becomes overwhelmed with fear.

Sadly, we know nothing about Rune’s previous life or why he’s so fearful. Rune has reached his highes potential within the environment we have to offer him and frankly, he needs out of the shelter in order to thrive. Rune needs the opportunity to be outside of this environment so he can continue to improve and thrive.

We are reaching out to our animal loving community and pleading for an adopter or rescue to help our boy, Rune! We are holding out hope that we can find him a miracle this holiday season!

Please help us spread the word and find Rune a home!!

Rune’s stats:
Very cute!
Neutered male
Petite, 30 pounds
Flashy markings!
Did we say very cute?!
Seems interested in other dogs…

Thank you!!

Wishing for A Holiday Miracle!!

Friends!

We need your help! One of our shelter dogs Beth is in desperate need of a home. She has been with us for several months now and she is done with the shelter life! Beth is a sensitive soul that needs stability and someone to trust! She has made friends with several of our staff and volunteers.

Beth, has been overlooked for months now. When you initially meet her she isn’t the wiggly type. She takes some time to warm up and needs to get to know you first. She had had two separate provoked bite incidences that she reacted when she was picked up while she wasn’t ready to be held (we can provide more details).

We are looking for an adopter or rescue that can see Beth for the sensitive soul that she is and give her the chance to show you over time how she can be.

Beth has reached her threshold of living in the shelter and desperately needs placement. She is currently receiving anti-anxiety to help her cope with her environment. In order to honor Beth’s wellbeing and humane welfare, we urgently need a new opportunity. Please reach out to us if you’re interested in adopting or reaching Beth.

Beth’s Stats:
1 yr old
Spayed- female
30.00 pounds
Cattle dog mix❤️

Please feel free to reach out if you’re interested in helping Beth.

Please help us Share and spread the word to help Beth find a miracle for the Holidays!

We are Thankful for YOU!!

Just before the Thanksgiving holiday, we kicked off an initiative to foster for the holiday!

Mr. Navarro answered the call and swooped in to bring Dallas home to spend the holiday with him and his family! Dallas worked his charm and well.. Mr. Navarro and family decided to adopt Dallas!

Dallas represents so many shelter dogs. He’s a dog that has a hard time in the shelter environment and doesn’t always get to show his best qualities. Mr. Navarro gave Dallas the chance he needed to show him how much of a good boy he is in a home setting.

Sometimes finding the perfect dog isn’t at a quick glance as you walk through the shelter. Which is why we highly encourage potential adopters to participate in our foster-to-adopt program, which allows you and the dog to get to know each other and create a bond.

Congratulations to Dallas and the Navarro family! We wish you all the best! ❤️🐶❤️

**If you’re interested in participating in our foster to adopt program, please feel free to stop by during our open hours. The process is very easy and you can take a pet home the same day!

Humble Beginnings to Living her Best Life!

Our sweet Molly came to us originally in sad condition and a hind end injury, thought to be caused from being tangled in a tether line. She struggled to regain mobility in her hind end, however, she was determined. Molly was a charmer and exuded LOVE for people.

Molly caught the attention of her dad, David. Fast forward to now, Molly is all grown up and living her best life. This girl still beams with happiness and love for anyone willing to give her attention. Molly and her dad stopped by for a visit and to show off how well she has rehabilitated her hind end and stability!

We are so very grateful for David! Thank you for choosing adoption and giving our sweet girl the best home she’s ever known. We look forward to more updates as your journey together continues!

Thank you!! ❤️🐶❤️
