Updated Policies: Effective January 2025

Cancellations, No-Shows, Reschedules, & Late Arrivals

1. 24-Hour Notice Required:
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours
in advance to give me time to fill that spot .
You can reach me at 516-304-2376.

2. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows:
If you cancel on the same day or fail to show up for your appointment, a fee of $30 per dog ($60 for weekends) will be applied to your account. This fee must be paid before rescheduling.

3. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, it will be automatically canceled. A fee of $30 per dog ($60 for weekends) will be charged to your account, and this fee must be paid in order to reschedule.

I understand that life can be unpredictable—whether it’s illness, family obligations, or other unexpected events. I always try to send courtesy reminders the day before your appointment, when possible. All I ask is that you please respect my time, so I can continue to provide the best care for your furbaby, as well as others. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home. Dogs can catch the flu and other viruses, or even carry germs that can be passed along to others. Your health and safety are important, and I completely understand that life happens. Please just let me know, even if it’s the morning of your appointment—we can always reschedule. No hard feelings at all!
