FOR MY PUPPY BUYERS ONLY. I’m not at all happy about a lot of the boarding facilities in the PHX metro area. I’ve heard some insane horror stories lately, dogs getting sick, dogs getting loose, injured etc. There’s only one boarding place I’ll recommend and that’s 4 Paws Pet Resort, on Greenfield Rd in Mesa, AZ (Ask for Toni) So, I’ve decided to offer my puppy buyers a Malinois’ only “babysitting” service here at the kennels. Space is limited. I’m very concerned that you’ll unknowingly board your Malinois at a horror show with long term consequences. They’re your puppies (dogs) but I still love them and want them to be loved when you’re away. Remember me telling you when you picked up your puppy that my commitment to them was for life? Well this is the type of thing I was talking about. PM or email me. Sorry to everyone who doesn’t have a puppy I bred, hope you understand, but family takes care of family first. P.S. There are “little muffins in the oven” here at the kennels! More info later.

Well, they’re out, those horrible, poisonous toads. They’re called River toad or Sonoran Toad. A few years ago I lost a puppy because it played with one of these hateful things. So when you need to let your dog go out at night for his potty break, bring a shovel and a bucket to scoop it into a bucket with a cover. I drop them in a plastic bag or in a box, close it tightly and throw it in the trash barrel. Other than that way of disposal, you can kill them. If you’ve ever seen a dog under the affect of it’s poison, you won’t have a problem
“dispatching” the damn thing! Just please don’t let your dog go out at night unsupervised. The damn things come out during the monsoon season. This hideous toad was the size of a bread plate!

White Paw finally found her family this morning! What a great family she has and what a great team they all make together! Another “happily ever after” is in the books! One more placement currently available, Legend a 4 year old linebred Perle de Tourbiere line bred “hot ass!” This bad boy has some of the best set of detection skills I’ve ever seen. It is with incredibly deep sorrow and a face full of tears that I let you all know that this morning, Memorial Day, I lost Kree, the founding sire of my kennel. Kree was 13 yrs and 1 month old and had led a worthy and honorable life as a contraband detection dog at the AZ DOC from where he retired. Kree placed 2nd by a split second in the 2014 Desert Dog Police K9 Trials in Narcotics. He sired some of the best puppies I will ever see. I kept a female from his last litter, Legend's of Courage because of her drive, looks, conformation and personality. Thank God I still have a puppy of Kree's! Yesterday Kree and I played Kong, a game he loved above even his food! There wasn't any sign of sickness or discomfort, he was his normal happy self. Early this morning he joined Scotty and Bbogie in Valhalla. I really can't explain the heart shattering pain today has brought. If you've lost a dog you love, you'll understand. So please give me a few days to start putting my heart back together again. Kree lived his life with strength and honor, like any soldier or law enforcement officer does. Here at the kennels, everyone has to work for their supper! This wasn’t Havoc’s finest performance but at least I remembered the cell phone to video his dinner performance. 😂. The photo is once again of Havoc waiting somewhat impatiently for me to drop his dinner pan.

One puppy is left, the green female. Red found his perfect owner today! Green girl has just as much drive as the red male. She’s friendly, happy, incredibly beautiful with nerves of steel and an excellent working dog prospect. God knows she loves to play “supergirl.” I’ve been asked which of the Havoc/Salt puppies was the pick of the litter. I can’t answer that question. When you have such exceptional litter, it’s vertually impossible to pick just one puppy. So I stay outside the puppy yard and watch the puppy interact with the prospective owner. Chemistry makes the final decision. Here are some 8 week old photos of the green female puppy. If you missed out on a puppy from this litter, I have a litter coming between Tessa (Kree’s last daughter) and Havoc. Sometime this fall Toody will be bred to Havoc. Get your deposits down now while you can still be number 1 or two! This is the perfect opportunity for those that don’t have the purchase price in hand. Put some money out of each paycheck away. Guess who found her family today? Neon girl! What an amazing home she went to! Once again there was an instant bond between the family and the puppy. The puppies and I have been blessed with such a great group of families for this litter! Now, I’ve only got 2 puppies left. Red collar male who is most definitely a working puppy with a working dog mindset and there’s the green female who’s also showing great talent with absolute potential to compete in ring sports, detection and potentially SAR and definitely agility. The movement of these puppies at a trot just about brings tears to your eyes, it’s that correct and oh, so beautiful!

I’ve still got 2 females and 1 male available! The male is a large, solid nerved, dual purpose, working prospect. Great drives and his disposition is a treat to work around. This male puppy and the green collar female are puppies that will seriously excel at just about everything! I’ve had to teach re-direction with their love of using their mouths (if you follow me) to the tugs. My legs do not require their kind of “air conditioning!” The male has the most solid bite I’ve ever seen in a puppy, particularly this young! I’m including the puppies in the Military Working Dog Puppy Program when I say this! Both would make great PSA, ring sport or LE dogs.
The neon green collared female is quieter but don’t expect a Golden Retriever personality out of a Malinois. She’s the one who loves human interaction, she’s absolutely beautiful and her disposition matches her looks. In this puppy, her beauty runs deep. As a working dog, she’d be great at SAR, detection in crowds or a service dog. I assure you she’d make an excellent addition to your family! Remember this is a linebred Perle de Tourbiere litter, there’s no limit to what they can learn and do, but then given their bloodlines, you’d expect nothing less than perfection! The crew has been on Earth 8 weeks now! What an adventure it’s been! This litter is extremely intelligent with outstanding drives. But then they’re linebred Perle de Tourbiere (Netherlands), you wouldn’t expect any less than stellar puppies! Both parents have been Embark Breeder’s DNA tested for over 200 inheritable diseases. Both parents are 100% clear. Five puppies are available, 2 males and 3 females. One male and one female are definitely working puppies. The male needs to go to an experienced Mal handler! They’ll be able to go to their new homes April 4th, after they get their 2 nd 5-way vaccine and final deworming. Puppies are $1,500.

Boy has this litter “kicked the tires and lit the fires!” The last 24 hours has seen them going outside on their own, playing in the wide open area, began eating mush and driving their momma nuts! Still available are 3 males and
1 female. Enjoy the photos of their first experience with the great outdoors.

❤️ PUPPIES ❤️. Just when you think you’ve got K9 OB/GYN figured out, leave it to a Malinois to change the rules! Salt is still whelping but so far we have 7 babies. FYI: the kennels are on “lock down” now until they’re about a week old. I’ll post it here when the litter can have “no touch” visitors.

I and other Mal folks here are intently seeking recommendations for veterinarians who absolutely know their stuff, don’t charge major $$$ that’s equal to the national debt! Do you love your vet? Does your vet treat you and your dog like intelligent beings? Would you put your dog’s life in their hands with no hesitation? Will your vet admit they’re stumped and research the problem if they’re unsure of a diagnosis? Please leave your recommendations below! Not only will I be reading each one, but numerous other people may also read the recommendations.

I’m finally back on my feet (per se) again. The short version is I HAVE to sell my “keeper dogs” to lighten my dog load here. I’m damn sure not going to tell the Dr’s that I REBRED SALT AND HAVOC WITH A DUE DATE OF FEBRUARY 16th +/-. WHICH REMINDS ME, I’M NOW TAKING $500 DEPOSITS ON THIS COMING LITTER! Their fist litter was breathtaking and absolutely perfect working Mal puppies with very social and happy dispositions. Deposits are $500. I put up a post for Cheeky, (CHEEKY FOUND HER FAMILY!). The other two who are available are a male, Legend (- littermate to Havoc) and a young female named Toody. Toody is a female daughter of Kree (2014 Desert Dog Police K9 Trials, 2nd place Narcotics) and Nattie, an own daughter of Dylan Perle de Tourbiere! Both of these dogs have exceptional talent and drives, yet they’re very social and just love to please you. The sale price on these two dogs is negotiable. Photos below are of Toody. Please stand by everyone . I’ll be home tonight. No puppies currently but will be breeding Salt and Lokie to havoc when they come in heat. I already have two deposits on the coming Salt and litter. I’m not sure if Giza will be bred again as next year is my cut off age for my females. However, if she is new it’ll be to Legend.

For those of you who missed the 20th annual Desert Dog Police K9 Trials, you missed the best Trial ever! It was very obvious that the handlers got dedicated and started training with their dogs, hard core! I’ve seen a LOT of decoys in my time but this decoy, Mike, was without a doubt one of the best. The way he caught a dog was breathtaking! The connection most of these handlers had with their dogs was incredible! Truly, this was the very best Desert Dog Police K9 Trial.
