Imagine if this was your child..I met 4 year old Hazel, who is local to the area, at her fundraiser Saturday. A year and a half ago her parents got the worst news imaginable. Their daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 DIPG, a very aggressive brain cancer. Treatment options are very limited and very costly. We have over 4,000 friends between our pages. A $10 donation by 200 people is $2000. Thats the cost of a Starbucks coffee. If you can't donate no worries, please take the time to like and share this post. Meet the Owners

It's been quite a while since we've done this, and there are a lot of new names and faces..

My name is Teddy Ohlemacher, and I run Maple Creek Kennels with my wife, Danielle Gangluff.

We are the parents of two wonderful children, Xander (6) and Hudson (2). Xander was diagnosed with autism at a young age. While the future was very unknown and still is, we decided to embark on this adventure in 2021. We wanted to give Xander, who was an only child at the time, every chance to succeed in the future. Oftentimes, now that the kids are older, you'll see one or both boys accompanying us to the kennel. For Hudson, life is much simpler. For Xander, everyday tasks people take for granted, such as saying hello, can seem like climbing Mt. Everest. Both kids truly love dogs and spend most of their time playing and cuddling with their golden Retriever puppy Pika.

Maple Creek Kennels started as a small kennel in 2021 in Norwalk, Ohio. We have since relocated to our new location in Sandusky. Our top priority is treating each of you like you are family and your dogs as if they are our own. People often say failure isn't an option. It sounds cliche, but for our family it couldn't be more true. We take a great deal of pride in everything we do in hopes of providing you with the best experience possible.

Danielle has been a registered nurse for 13 years, and I have been in law enforcement for 14 years, where I was fortunate enough to handle K9 Onur (Honor) until his retirement.

Thanks to all of you, we are able to make that dream a reality. We appreciate each and every one of you!
