Can't wait for the boring dull days august 9th, we're gonna have an even bigger crew, for our biggest little parade!!

Didn't get a chance to share much over the weekend at the show cause it was so busy, but we are going to be riding in the estacada 4th of july parade this year! 🇺🇲

⭐If you're a member of canby games and would like to join us please comment below or pm to get your spot! We have a limit of 25 riders but will have walking on foot room!

⭐ Cost per rider is $40, Each will get a western shirt, American flag to carry, and accessories so we will be matching well to represent our club! Walking members will receive matching shirts as well!

Trying something slightly different for my riders that are wanting to back off pattern work and just work on becoming more intune with their horse. From Working on conditioning, increasing speed drills, reaction timing, and creating suppleness between horse and rider. Because this is going to be on horse leading and constant movement I'm limiting the number of participants to ensure we have space and time!

With this weather I know my horses have been cooped up and not rode in about 5 to 7 days. So they need some build up back into their routine, and going out tonight for a large group lesson would push them to much to quickly! So we will reschedule and I shall see the ohset team sunday at Pete's mountain!
I hope everyone is safely recovering from this winter storm!
🙏Sorry as well for last minute notice on this! We have had no power, wifi, cell service or really much of anything other then ice the last week!

Busy month but we had so much fun with our last group lesson I had to sneak one in for this month! Whether you're going to get ready for Western horseman of Oregon , upcoming barrel race, or the 1st district meet we'll be practicing the core events!

About to be a cold snap! Making sure we got heated buckets out, blankets ready , and moving feed so that everything is in easy reaches! I'm not a fan for the cold so what ever I can do to make it easier! What do you to prepare for winter storms!?!
