Who likes dogs?
Who likes helping dogs?
Well if you answered yourself to both questions then hear me out!
I am doing a local fundraiser for a friend of mine, Amber Boissonnault and her rescue, Blu. Blu was rescued and adopted on Motherโs Day last year, and within weeks of having him home, he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia in both hips and early onset of dysplasia in his elbow as well. His hips are bad, and he is in constant pain. He is on medication and supplements with no improvement. Receiving a FHO surgery would take away the constant pain and allow him to live longer and more comfortably. Without surgery, he is guaranteed to have a more painful and shorter lifespan. Blu's owners are determined to do whatever is needed to make him as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, surgery isnโt cheap, approximately $5000 per hip.
For those who don't know, I bake healthy, limited ingredient, human grade, dye free dog treats. I've been doing this since 2019. Started on my own pups and then branched out to the public shortly after 2020. I have done individual birthday parties, I've done doggy day care bashes, I've done end of life celebrations and I've done just because celebrations. I've done two fundraisers for Grammy Rose and together the local community and myself have collectively raised some funds for them.
I am running this fundraiser until April 15th. If you would like to order some (or all) the goodies, please comment or message me. All treats are dog friendly, freezer friendly and are made with love. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards Blu's surgery and recovery. Please share as much as possible and please reach out to place an order.
