🦄I know this has been a rough year for everyone but STARTING in 2025 there will be some changes made regarding transport. Please keep in mind all reputable and professional haulers are running a business (and y'all support small businesses right?? Even if it's your friends?) We have to keep our trucks and equipment maintained to safely move your animals! If you expect insurance understand that it costs a chunk of money too! We are providing a service just like if you called a plumber or electrician they're going to charge and likely UPFRONT before providing a service.

🦄Yes I realize there are scammers out there YOU as an owner/buyer are responsible to do your diligence in researching who you choose to use. It's your animal's safety! When you expect fill rates you welcome in scammers or even inexperienced people. It means your horse likely will be on a trailer longer than expected because haulers have other stops to make picking up and dropping off. YOU wanted to save money on fuel so you can't complain when your animal was on a trailer for 48+ hours🤷🏼♀️ PLEASE stop complaining when you're scammed or provided bad service it's a choice you made. And it's NOT other hauler's fault you were scammed! Please don't contact me if you think you'll be scammed. I'm not here to do that or indulge in the games to save yourself. You can look over my business page, you can contact me directly by phone, and even email me! I also have my vet's contact listed for reference he's done plenty of health certificates for anyone who needed it. I am always happy to answer questions and concerns because I know it can be stressful moving your animals. If you noticed I started putting my business page name on pics to avoid scammers stealing my pictures and posting randomly. The ONLY way to contact me is my number or my page! (Avoids scammers right??) I have lots of referrals most are word of mouth too!!🙂
🦄Next, private hauls yes will cost slightly more because it's usually 1 horse one way and updates, hay, and water provided! If it just so happens to work out to get another along route OR one on my way back home, I can give a Discounted rate! 😁 PLEASE STOP ASKING AND EXPECTING FILL RATES!! Fuel isn't cheap and haulers don't work for free to provide a service for you to save money!
🦄Please remember YOU got another animal no matter the cost or if free which means you now have another mouth to feed, vet, farrier etc which you know costs money. Safe, reliable, and reputable transport costs money too if of course that's what you prefer for your animals to be delivered safely to you! If you cannot afford a one time transport fee please do not get the animal!
🦄As for the kill pen horses, no haulers won't be cheap because YOU chose to buy from one nor will we donate a haul. It's downright rude to have that mentality yet expect your purchase from a kill pen, which they're already overpriced anyway, to get a fill rate or cheap transport. Stop being delusional!!
🦄Yes you are welcome to shop around for quotes, that's normal! But no I won't price match or negotiate. I have done that too many times to be flexible with people. Please just up your budget above fill rates! High expectations for reliable transport on a low budget is not feasible!
🦄Last, but certainly not least, yes everything is paid upfront! I have been burned too many times on payment so it's now a requirement. The booking fee holds the day for you (I can be flexible for another day if not already booked) booking fee is not fuel money to get me anywhere! I don't leave til paid in full, just like you pay for McDonald's and Chick-fil-A before you get your food right?? You paid for your horse upfront right? You paid the kill pen upfront right? So you can pay for transport upfront too! No payment on delivery with me. It's more of an inconvenience/risk to drive a distance with no fuel money and not guaranteed to be paid in full at delivery. Please refrain from playing this little game of paying upfront. You will lose your deposit and reschedule another day and pay another deposit plus still have to pay upfront. There aren't any refunds. (Unless otherwise stated for certain reasons to be discussed). Safely moving your animals should be your ultimate goal and the games only delay it. Y'all want honesty and transparency so this post addresses most concerns people have with transport.
🩷If you've read all of this by now I hope you understand my point of running my business and I truly hope you support it! As always I am grateful and appreciate all the business and referrals! It takes a lot of work building a business alone and what few I have that always direct people my way. I have worked my butt off been up and down the east coast and southeast states. I am passionate about what I do for the horse/farm community and I hope to continue one doing it!!🩷😊🙏HR
