Available for onsite half lease. Beau is an older, been there done that qh gelding. Rides English or western. Push/spur ride and enjoy the leisure rides in the arena or around the property. Lease includes 2 days a week and requires one monthly lesson, more are available upon request 🙂 Would be a fantastic option for someone who wants to ride on a more casual level. Located at Brinnwood Farm in Sanford. Come enjoy our large covered arena with lights as the days start to get shorter!

Korra (JC: She’s a Laker) is a 16h 2021 tb filly with just the best personality! Such a doll to be around and handle. Super loving, easy demeanor, and is the type of girl who can make friends with any horse she goes out with. Green broke wtc under saddle. Has been ridden in our sometimes busy large covered arena and outside alone in a field. Still needs miles but overall good head on her shoulders. Could definitely see this girl being an adorable eventer!

Korra single and cross ties, tacks quietly, lunges in the round pen and in the arena on a lunge line. Good for vet and farrier. Current on coggins and will be utd on fall vaccinations on Friday 10/11. Bathes and definitely loves to play in the water when given the chance.

Priced under mid fours to increase with miles and show experience. Located in Sanford, NC. Can assist with hauling as well:)

Atticus is a handsome 16.1 2021 ottb gelding (JC Count Amber) with a sweet and willing disposition that would be an easy bring along for a trainer or adult ammy. Atticus has a smooth consistent trot under saddle and is still working on his cantering work but has been a saint thus far. Willingly trots over poles. Has been walked over several cross rails to gauge his interest and willingness. Atticus is more a push ride but doesn’t take a ton of effort to keep going.

Lunges, tacks, bathes, stands for vet and farrier, loads, and walks on our hot walker. UTD on vaccinations with current coggins as well.

Asking low 4s to help find a great home. Videos available for lunging, and WT work:)

Stella is a big bodied 2.5 year old 15h warmblood filly
out of a large bodied, Irish tb mare (Jc Lillehammer) who raced and steeplechased successfully before retiring to the broodmare life. Sired from the lovely Apiro, son of the legendary Argentinus, Stella is bred to be a serious competitor with speed and scope who will undoubtedly take her willingness for free jump fences in the arena to her rider, once the time comes.

Stella stands for the vet and farrier. She bathes, ties, lunges, and overal has a nice handle to her. We have done some basic ground training and have been ponying to get her comfortable and confident while laying the foundation for further training. Stella has taken to every task presented with maturity and confidence.

We can confidently say that Stella will make someone a fantastic jumper or eventer as she is naturally bold and takes everything in stride. She has true upper level potential. As much as her owner loves this filly, unfortunately life got in the way and she needs to sell her.

Stella has not gone through inspection as her dam unfortunately passed away before they could be presented together. We do have all the paperwork available so that she can be taken for inspection. Apiro has been presented and approved for AHS, GOV, ISR/Old NA, RPSI, sBs and has the ability to have his registered foals with CWHBA, KWPN, and Westphalen. This allows flexibility and preference when considering which inspection or inspections one may like to present Stella to.

Stella is on the quirky side and has a big personality, so we are looking to place her with someone who is knowledgeable and confident with their training.

We are snegotiable with pricing baring this in mind. Ideally, we would love to see her with a professional or ambitious rider who is looking to develop a quality young horse on an upper four figure budget. Price subject to increase with training and/or our ability and availibity to have her inspected. Good home is our biggest priority🥰

Sales horse Atticus is doing a great job walk/trotting out of the round pen! Even taking on walking and trotting some singular poles and walking over baby cross rails for exposure. If you take your time with the young/green ones it’s always so rewarding how confident they are with new tasks🤩

Unfortunately the person we hired didn’t show so back at it again.

Brinnwood Farm in Sanford is looking for immediate full time help Monday - Thursday am/pm help and as as someone for sat pm and Sunday pm. This could be one singular person or two different hires. Typical hours are AM 8-11 and PM 3:30-7.

Bring your horse for stall or pasture board and apply your shifts to board if you’d like!

Hardest part is walking horses in and out (you definitely get your steps in). Looking for someone consistent and hardworking to help care for our group of lovely horses.

Duties include:
Dropping grain
Turning out or bringing in horses
Giving hay to stall horses
Filling/dumping out water buckets/troughs
Fly spraying/blanketing
Grain prep for the following feeding
Feeding of outside pastures horses

Each feeding is always partnered with another person, which can be divide and concurred or done together along the job!

Friendly and laid back barn atmosphere looking for a team player who is self motivated!

Working student with pay option is also available!

Meet Atticus, an adorable and super sweet 16h 2021 thoroughbred gelding. Jc name Count Amber he had a pretty unexciting go as a racehorse. No limitations and an easy going personality. Would make a fantastic lower level hunter! Bathes, ties, lunges, has been ridden but still very green. Hasn’t offered buck, rear, or kick outs while riding. He’s been a barn favorite and until an influx of boarding horses moving in and more to come we had no intentions on selling him this early but our loss if your gain! Located in Sanford, NC to the best of homes, priced in the lower fours.

So proud of our rides and the last two weekends of horse shows!

Mary Von Werne Jones took two of her riders, Abby on her horse Ivy and Willow on her horse Prince, to Sedgefield and they had fantastic rounds and placed well!

This past Saturday Shayne Forester took his rider Charlotte on lease horse Tony and Tara Haywood took her rider Laila on lease horse Kay to Cool Breeze. Both riders had solid rides and ended on fabulous notes!

Over this past weekend two of Shayne’s riders had a fun trip down to the Carolina horse park for warhorse where Lyndsay on her horse Eclipse completed the full 3 phase event and Brittany on her horse splash had their first ever dressage show together with a great placing!
