Horse boarding availability:
- Large individual paddocks with run-in shelter/open stall, shade, & automatic waterer. Full board: $500 x month includes grain 2 x day & free choice hay.
Many amenities:
-Clay arena with stadium lights (jumps, barrels, poles & obstacles) w/seating area for viewing, round pen with lights, turn out/grazing area, tack room with storage for each boarder, wash rack area, bathroom, full size refrigerator (with bottled water), grooming area with fans, and a gazebo sitting area with lights and fans.
-Full size horse scale: Track your horse’s weight. (Is your horse too fat, too thin, or at ideal healthy weight?)
-Regular routine vet & farrier visits. (Use ours or yours.)
- Access to miles of county trails (no need to trailer) in the Black Bear Wilderness Area and safe roads to ride in our horse-friendly community.
- Direct access to safe riding area on SR 46, behind the farm property.
- Featherlite trailer available only to boarders for transportation to other riding areas, shows or other horse events.
- Property is safe, high and dry.
Located in Sanford, about 2 miles from I-4 & 417, easily accessible from surrounding areas - Lake Mary, Heathrow, Longwood, Debary, Deltona, Deland, Sorrento, Eustis.
