Ok guys...
Please understand that you have signed a contract with us stating if you miss an appointment..or a no call no show...or do not give a 24 hour cancelation...there is a 25$ fee per dog that will need to be paid before another appt is made.
The " Thats ridiculous...I'll go some else" isn't necessary.
There have been alot of ncns ...we don't get paid and there is an open spot someone could have taken.
I don't wanna start charging a deposit guys :(
Please keep it in mind . We don't get paid to sit here...
All appointments have a reminder 24 hours from the appointment time. That's plenty of time to call and reschedule or cancel so we can fill that spot.

Hey guys
Just an update...our bather kayne is no longer with us... we wish him the best!! And will be missed.
Any just bath nails and ears pups will be scheduled with one of our 4 groomers now! Give us shout!! Appointments as late as 3 and 4 for certain breeds!!
