Due to the new and limited information regarding the mysterious canine upper
respiratory disease, this is what we recommend for now:

Make sure your dog has received their Bordetella vaccine within the past 6
months (recommended) to 12 months (minimum).

Make sure you dog has received their Canine Influenza Bivalent vaccine (H3N2
& H3N8 strains) within the past 12 months (minimum).

Bordetella can be safely boostered every 6 months. Canine Influenza can be
boostered safely every 12 months, up to 4-8 weeks early if needed.

You may practice social distancing protocols; attempt to avoid dog parks
where other dogs' vaccination statuses are unknown. Consider requesting
grooming services via a mobile groomer if possible.

These recommendations may change as more information is available to us. Please call or text us with any additional concerns.

Happy New Year Towne Center Family, we hope all is well with your beloved pets and families!

Due to our recent updated policies we ask that you reach out to us to update any necessary contact information for your account. We utilize your provided information for appointment and vaccination reminders in effort to eliminate scheduling discrepancies.

As a reminder this is a recap of our updated policies as of January 1st 2023.

Due to the increased rise of no-show appointments experienced over the past years, a fee equal to our examination cost ($64 as of January 1st) will be charged for appointments that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. We will contact you accordingly to collect payment, we may also require a card on file for future appointments. Without advance notice of any changes to your appointment, we are unable to offer accurate availability. Patient care and client satisfaction is our top priority.

Due to the increased request for outside prescriptions, we will now be charging a service fee of $5 per prescription request.

*Fee amounts are subject to change without notice.

We apologize for any inconvenience but truly appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or concerns.
