We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to help lead our retail team. Ideal candidate would posses leadership abilities, foster a positive team culture, and implement effective store management strategies.

Objectives include:
-Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
-Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and a welcoming store atmosphere
-Create a clean and safe store environment that aligns with company standards
-Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure
-Superb organizational and time management skills
-Powerful leadership skills and an empathetic approach to management, with the ability to make important decisions
-An eye for creativity and the ability to strategize visually appealing store displays
-Ability to lift 100lb bales & 50lb bags repeatedly to load customers

This is a full time position. Required hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am - 4pm.
