Before you hit the road with your furry pal, take note:

We're emailing boarding paperwork to be completed before check-in. You can also check the link below or stop by the office to complete your paperwork Monday through Friday.

If your furry friend checks in on Saturday or Sunday, please submit your paperwork by Friday before 6 PM, as our front office is closed on weekends. For weekend check-outs, remember to prepay during the week! If your pet checks in and out over the weekend, we will give you a quick call for prepayment during our Monday to Friday hours after we receive your paperwork before the weekend check-in.

Please note that our Sunday check-out hours have been updated to 3 PM to 4 PM. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Keep being awesome, Rae-Zor family!
