Finnegan is a handsome guy, an absolute catch! Finnegan is a sweet, social pup who loves everyone he meets. He’s great with kids and other dogs, and would make the perfect addition to an active family looking for a fun companion to join them on all their adventures.
Finnegan also lives with cats—he’s playful with them, but could easily adjust to sharing a home with feline friends full-time.

Meet Bixby!
This handsome young guy is great with other dogs and loves to run, play, and swim—but no cats, please.
Bixby has spent far too long in the shelter and truly deserves a home of his own. He bonds quickly with his people but does best in a calm, low-traffic home with teens and up.
He’s smart, well-mannered in public, and already knows sit, shake, and down. Bixby is such a great dog—come meet him and see for yourself!

Meet Chesnut, affectionately known as Chessy!
This beautiful girl is as kind as she looks. Chessy is a smaller-sized sweetheart with a gentle, easygoing nature and a nice medium energy. She walks well on leash, knows how to sit, and has lovely manners.
Chessy does great with other dogs—both big and small—and has also done well around cats (with proper introductions, of course). She’s friendly with children and would make a wonderful addition to a family looking for a calm, loving companion.

Meet Clutch!
This sweet, blocky boy is impossible not to love! At about 49 pounds, Clutch is the perfect medium size and has a mellow, easygoing nature. He’s been very social with other dogs (we’ve only tested him with females so far) and absolutely adores people—he’ll greet everyone with a big smile and lots of affection.
Clutch came to us as a stray from Tulare County and has quickly become a staff favorite. He enjoys the simple things in life—lounging in his doghouse, soaking up attention, and happily chewing on his toys. A short walk and a comfy spot to nap are all this sweet boy needs to be content.

With her soft smile and gentle eyes, Ellie is pure sweetness. This lovely 8-year-old girl is house trained, has wonderful manners, and is currently enjoying life in a foster home with a child and other male dogs—she’s the perfect houseguest!
Ellie loves being part of the family and brings a calm, loving energy wherever she goes. Whether she’s lounging on the couch or soaking up attention from her people, she’s happiest when she’s surrounded by love.

Meet Clyde!
Clyde is a lovable 6-year-old guy with a big heart and an even bigger smile. He weighs about 90 pounds and has a friendly, social personality that makes him a joy to be around. He’s house-trained, great with kids, and absolutely loves people.
Clyde has a nice, medium energy level—perfect for a calm, balanced home life. He enjoys hanging out with his people and would thrive as the only dog in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention he deserves.

Meet Moxie!
Moxie came to us after her original family could no longer care for her, and she’s ready to find a new home to love. This adorable, chunky gal is about 5–6 years old and has a low-to-medium energy level. She tires out quickly but is full of personality and fun!
Moxie loves her toys and water playtime. She can get a little too excited about her toys and forget her manners, so slightly older children are recommended. Otherwise, she’s a happy, affectionate girl who loves meeting new people and soaking up attention.
Moxie is housetrained, crate trained, knows some basic commands, and was trusted to be left unsupervised in her previous home. She also gets along well with other dogs. Cats are unknown.

Kansas loves making new friends — both people and dogs! She recently had the best playdate with Matlin, and the two couldn’t stop smiling. She’d be thrilled to have a dog buddy in her future home!

Matlin is such a friendly, playful boy who loves the company of other dogs. He had a great time playing with Kansas at the shelter — the two were all smiles! He’d do great with another friendly dog to share his adventures with.

Meet Gator!
Gator is a handsome, compact boy weighing about 64 pounds and estimated to be 2–3 years old. He has a fun, medium energy and a playful spirit. Gator loves people and is always excited for attention—though he can get a little rambunctious when he’s happy, so a home with older kids might be the best fit. He does well with other dogs and is always ready to make new friends. Cats are unknown at this time.

Meet Sawyer!
This handsome brindle boy is about 2 years old and weighs around 40 pounds — the perfect size for big-dog fun in a fun-size package! Sawyer has a medium energy level and a mellow, easygoing personality. He walks nicely on leash, rides like a champ in the car, and loves water, toys, and a good game of fetch. He also gets along great with other dogs! (Cats are unknown for now.)
Sawyer was recently diagnosed with mild narcolepsy. Don’t let that scare you off — it’s not life-threatening and doesn’t stop him from being a happy, playful pup. He may get a little drowsy or have brief episodes when he’s extra excited, but he bounces right back and goes on like nothing happened. With a bit of attention to his environment and excitement levels (and no homes with pools, please), Sawyer will do wonderfully.
