Hi everyone - Kelsey Lee from Sugar & Pine Co. here. HMBHS Alumni of ‘08, living in Central Valley, CA now. I’m a mama to three amazing kiddos, and also an artist. Unfortunately, it’s come to my attention that my map has been circulating the interwebs in the form of a scam as of recently and wanted to warn everyone. Someone has stolen my artwork (this map of HMB) and has been using it as a bait listing on a sketchy website. PLEASE do not be fooled by this scam. The only place these maps are currently sold is on my Etsy (which has consumer protection!). You can find them by searching my shop name, Sugar and Pine Company, or directly here sugarandpinecompany.etsy.com. It is also not currently sold as anything but a poster (it is not a puzzle, or any other print on demand product).

If you’re in a Facebook group and see any of my maps posted by someone else and a link not directed to the Etsy above, please report the post to admin and/or please tag me. Also, sharing this post to get the word out would be truly appreciated. I’m just gutted that my art work has been used to scam people.

It’s in the small moments, the “glimmers” that make your heart swell with joy and peace. As the sun dips towards the horizon, the magic of Paso Robles truly comes alive. The sun envelopes the landscape in a glorious golden blanket. The cool evening breeze carries the sweet scent of grapes and fresh herbs, a perfect end to a sun-soaked day. Time stands still here, and you could live in this moment forever. Your eyes close as you will the landscape into a stored memory to recall on the next rainy day, a memory bank of the glimmers you know you’ll need. Hold on tightly to the glimmers, and the storms can be weathered.

POV: You prioritized peace. You sought a simple life, with simple pleasures like a couple of acres, your kids drinking water out of the hose and running barefoot in the grass. Your heart swells with pride when your harvest bowl is full of pickings from your small garden and when your picky son pops his teeth through the skin of a juicy tomato that he plucked straight off the vine. Among all of the lives to live, this is the basket you put all your eggs into. A life of simplicity. Deep, deep sigh. Relief floods your veins. Peace is no longer the elusive season, it’s the only clear choice.
