Hello 123. The employee and the manager at the time have been fired and are no longer welcome in the community. We do run thorough background checks before hiring our staff and we assure you that all of our members remaining here today are lovely, caring people. We've taken further steps to discipline our employees and have started training them more to make sure no such incidents ever take place.

Hellow 123. We never received any complaints of our animals acting scared once they were adopted. Neither did we receive any complaints about the unhelpfulness of our employees when it comes to adopting one of our lovely animals. Recently there's been a video going around of one of our employees acting way out of line and treating the animals with no respect. We just wanted to let everyone know that we have addressed this situation with the employee as well as the manager during the time. They've both been fired and are no longer welcome in our community. We understand everyone's concern, and we wish to inform you that we've taken steps to further discipline and train our remaining employees and assure no such incidents EVER take place in our community. Thank you to all those who continue to support our cause and moving forward, there will no longer be such toxic behavior taking place. We love our animals and do the utmost to take care of them ❤️.
