INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup whole grain old-fashioned rolled oats 🥣
1 cup water 💦
Handful of blueberries (flash-frozen keeps its nutritional content for longer) 🫐
1 banana 🍌
Generous handful of sunflower microgreens 🌻
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Rinse microgreens and pat dry. Stir oats + water together in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave for 2 minutes or until it reaches your favorite consistency. Top with cinnamon, banana, blueberries, and sunflower microgreens. Enjoy! 🍽️

I love this meal because the zesty flavors of the radish microgreens go perfectly with this spicy sandwich. Plus, this really is a complete meal because it has proteins, fats, carbs, and nutrient-dense veggies 🌱

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pieces of toasted bread of your choice (I used sourdough - you could use buns too)
- Mayo of your choice
- Radish micros (I used @healthyhabitmicrogreens)
- Breaded chicken strips (I used macro-friendly frozen breaded chicken breast)
- Hot honey (honey, chili flakes, vinegar)
- Pickle slices (I used extra hot ones)
Rinse radish micros and dry them on a clean paper towel. Cook breaded chicken in air fryer/oven, as directed, to crisp up. Toast bread. Put mayo on inner sides of toast, then put the pickles in a layer on the bottom slice. Put chicken on top of pickles, and top with radish micros. Drizzle hot honey over, close sandwich, and enjoy!
