• Scratching

• Excessive licking
• Puffy eyes
• Eye discharge
• Face rubbing
• Hair loss
• Red and stinky ears
• Head shaking
• Red and irritated skin
• Hot spots
• Sneezing
• Sensitive skin

These could be signs your pup is dealing with pollen allergies. If you see them, it might be time for a vet visit.

Happy Lunar New Year! 🐉🎉 The Year of the Dragon represents luck, strength, and power. To celebrate, here’s a dog-friendly mooncake recipe you can share with the four-legged dragons in your household.

Dog-Friendly "Moon Cake" Treats
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (make sure it doesn't contain xylitol, which is harmful to dogs)
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and rolled oats.
• Add the applesauce, peanut butter, water, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
• Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
• Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough.
• Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
• Optional: Use a smaller cookie cutter to create a decorative pattern on the top of each circle, resembling a moon cake design.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the treats are golden brown.
• Allow the treats to cool completely before serving them to your dog.
