It’s been a busy, yet rewarding cold weather weekend for us here at DSC!

First off we wanted to congratulate Brianna Dollar and her family on winning breed champion brahman female at ring A of the Cattle Bonanza in Angleton! Todd Rehm and Teresa Rehm were the first ones to come out and sort through our females and it’s an awesome feeling watching them succeed with our genetics!

Katelynn Boysen and I also had the opportunity to sort steers and heifers at the Winter Bash in Baytown along with the rest of the Sam Houston Livestock Judging Team as they sorted the other species!

We are also prepping to transfer embryos and getting the next set of sale females ready to offer so keep following along with us via Facebook!

As things slow down for the 2024 National Brahman Show and World Brahman Congress I finally had the opportunity to make a post!

MISS DSC 31/3 was a class winner in both the national and world brahman congress show!

MISS DSC 32/4 was at the top end of class 1 in both shows as well.

This whole trip wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the help of an amazing crew!

Katelynn Boysen thank you for keeping everything in line, not only with the cattle but myself as well!

Raymond Doreck Sr thank you for keeping everything taken care of at the house while we were out and about!

Annabelle Johnson thank you for all your hard work in the barn leading into the show!

Gustavo Rosa thank you for assisting in translating and introducing us to many fantastic breeders from across the world!

We will be around the stalls for the remainder of the day if y’all haven’t gotten with us yet! We have live cattle as well as genetic opportunities available! Don’t miss out!

I could go on and on about this one but I’ll keep it very plain and simple. If you are trying to win your county fair, compete at a state or national level within the brahman breed, or are looking for one to take your herd to the next level, this is the one. One of the best females we have ever raised. Standout since day 0. Phenotype backed by kick ass genotype. In a few weeks/months when she starts racking up some hardware don’t sit here and say we didn’t offer you our best!
