Ana and Primo show their precision through the labyrinth exercise! 🙌🏼 We love the attentiveness, the bend and crossover in turns, and the trot out at the end! This will transfer very easily to under saddle using #PositiveReinforcement

Thank you Ana and Jasmine for representing us! 💙
New Year's Resolutions Around the Barn -Frida (matron of a Certain Age): Already hired a personal trainer at the gym to help navigate the equipment and keep me going. Inspiring! Could ditch the "Attagirl" slaps, however.
Knock knock ✊ Incredible is ready for his ride and wants to know what's taking so long!
Would your horse do this? 😆
Gilly and Imagine's lap of honor at the region 5 Regional Championships 🏆
A weekend of fun and success, earned by hard work, dedication and lots of training. 🏆

A truly happy athlete, trained just with positive reinforcement, no spurs or whips. The whole team at Via Nova couldn't be prouder ❤️
Let's talk about negativity bias...
Something we like to discuss as a part of our training is the importance of tackling negativity bias.
It's common across all equestrian disciplines with riders, horse owners, and even trainers only seeing the problem(s) of a situation rather than the bigger picture.
This can often be a common blocker in traditional training forms, as it doesn't allow you to understand the issue(s) and look for a potential solution. With Priority to Positive®, we work on overcoming this mindset as just one of the areas of our training, which can also be beneficial for life outside of the barn!
Just Tulip, Indy, Imagine and Nimue living their very best lives! 😍💙
Is your horse this easy to bridle? Bridling can be a “bit” of a struggle, but with positive reinforcement, Tulip has become a pro at the bridle game. He knows that there’s a sweet reward waiting at the end 😆 It’s all about finding the right motivation.
Anyone for a game of soccer? 😆
