Way to go DOT! Another Traps to Laps alum has been scooped up and ADOPTED! Dot was one of 5 kittens destined for life on the streets but her awesome foster mama, Lee, was not about to let that happen. After opening up her home short term, Dot was vetted by our Traps to Laps team and released to our besties at S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition where she was placed up for adoption. Look at this family! Happy new life Dot 🐈❤

It's Juliette's turn! We are happy to announce that Traps to Laps alum Juliette has been ADOPTED!
Her new parents adopted another kitty from our wonderful adoption partners League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter recently, returned, saw and fell in love with Juliette! This awesome adoption would not have been possible without Juliette's foster mama and Traps to Laps volunteer Karen V. Way to go everyone! Happy new life Juliette 🐈❤

Penelope, born to a feral mama in Texas City and destined for life on the streets, has been ADOPTED out by our awesome adoption partner League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter! Her new daddy is the manager at Petco where sweet P was waiting to be adopted ❤️ Many thanks to her foster daddy, Robert, for opening up his home to Penelope, enrolling her in our Traps to Laps program ensuring that she too did not wind up as a feral, out reproducing, on the streets of Galveston County. Working together for the animals is the best way to make a difference🐈❤

Nothing tickles our hearts quite like seeing two of our Traps to Laps alumni get adopted together! 🎉 Life would’ve taken a wild turn if their fabulous foster mama Susan hadn’t opened her doors for these two little gems. Once they passed their VIP vetting, our pals at League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter (aka the superhero squad of League City) swooped in and found their forever family. Because let’s face it—two is always better than one! Cheers to your new adventure, sweet Freddy and Gomez! ❤️

Four more kittens are proudly wearing their graduation caps on this December day! These little ones have countless reasons to be grateful, starting with their wonderful foster mom, Bonnie. She opened her home to this adorable group, rescuing them from the streets and showering them with love. The FIX UR PET Community Outreach Program provided spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping for them. Today, they have officially GRADUATED from Traps to Laps. Their adventure continues with our fantastic adoption partners League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter! We wish these precious ones all the success in their new lives. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved – together, we truly are an amazing team! ❤🐈

Sweet baby Hannah is graduating today from Traps to Laps!
We are incredibly grateful to her foster mom, Melissa, for generously opening her home, allowing Hannah to transition from street life to sweet life. With Hannah now fully vetted, she will be heading to our new adoption partner, Three Little Pitties Rescue, where she will soon find her forever home. A warm welcome to Three Little Pitties as part of the Traps to Laps program! Thank you to everyone for your support in helping FIX UR PET Community Outreach Program save more animals from the streets and place them in loving homes.❤🐈

Daily we work hard for the animals. Last weekend we took a break and enjoyed the company of S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition and League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter volunteers at our annual holiday party. So many reasons to celebrate! Saving lives and preventing unnecessary births is a never ending process but definitely worth celebrating. Thank you, Chiquita Taylor for hosting us!

Do we have the smartest kitties in town or what? Simba and Truffles have graduated from the Traps to Laps program! None of this would have been possible without their caring fosters for housing them short term while they received necessary vet care and for League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter for stepping up to ensure both kittens are adopted out to wonderful families. Together, we make a great team for these babies in need. ❤🐈

Oh my cuteness! Tesha, another precious graduate from our Traps to Laps program, was not at the Kemah Petco Condos 24 hours with our adoption partner League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter before her forever family found her! Tesha will be a little sister to a 6-month-old Bengal kitty. Purr-fect Tesha has landed an awesome family just in time for Thanksgiving!

Adorable Madi was scooped up at Petsmart in Clear Lake recently. This baby is a recent graduate from the one and only Traps to Laps program!! Princess, the proud mother of four cute and fluffy kittens, recently transitioned from Traps to Laps and quickly adopted from the Petsmart condos through our partner, League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter! Wishing you a joyful new chapter, Princess. No more little ones, just enjoying the good life.

We have so many reasons to be thankful. Seeing our former kittens ADOPTED is one of them. Take a look at this adorable family with their newly adopted kitten ❤. It doesn't get much better than this. Happy new life King! Your mama is now out of the baby making business and you won't be trying to grow up on the streets but instead in a loving home. Lizzie found her person!
Lizzie graduated recently from our Traps to Laps program and has now been adopted through League City Pets Alive aka Friends of League City Animal Shelter. We could be happier for Lizzie and her new family.

Lizzie finds her person! Crystal and her grandparents, who brought her up and love animals, welcomed her home this evening! She will have a great big 5000 sq ft house and a new gray kitty friend named Grey! 😄 I’m told she’s already playing with toys-great sign!
