I started Kindy with a mission to reduce my personal food waste as a private meal prep chef, and I’m so proud and excited that I’ve been able to do that, plus more! My goal is to continue educating, and encouraging you to upcycle and repurpose your own food trimmings because no amount is “too small”, and also to partner with others in the food industry to make sustainable decisions! When we all work together we can make a big impact, and help reduce the 100+ billion pounds of food wasted in the US every year.
